We buy from Marcos all the time. The last two times we’ve had issues. The first time, a kid delivered our order, knocked, put our pizza down on our stoop, blocking the door and left. He also used his shoe to move the pizza closer to our door – so really sanitary. Third time it has happened in the last couple of months. Manager was nice enough to offer a discount (wasn’t worried about it tbh – just wanted to draw attention to this), but we never got one. Again, we didn’t need one but please be consistent.
Today, our pizza was undercooked and it was a medium dough turned into a large pizza. Having working there previously as as a teen, they do this to cut costs and get rid of inventory. Super thin crust, not up to par with what Marcos usually delivers.

Welllllll, Ms Erica is in need of customer service training. For my second purchase, I was quoted $1.58. Now, maybe it is me, I was a customer picking up in the drive-thru. I do not work for this store. How would I know what I was quoted was not what was owed? Well, thinking that the $1.58 was all that was needed (I think I handed her $1.60), 2-3 minutes later Erica came back and informed me that I needed to give her $.10 (although I needed $.12). Huhhhhh, what just happened??? So I asked why I needed more money. She said the total was $1.72 it was for the tax. I responded, I handed you what was stated. She smirked her lips and shrugged her shoulders as if, ‘and’. Non-verbal communication is just as informative as verbal. Please be careful how you interact with your customers.
On another note, my party commented that the pizzas were delicious. My sentiments as well!!! I was impressed with the soft crust!!! KUDOS!!!

Best pizza in Edmond. The staff is always friendly and the service is fast. I highly recommend both locations in Edmond (Western/Broadway) if you want a good pizza at a reasonable price.

Who’s GIGI? Not sure he knows how to explain the daily specials at this location. I asked about a specific special but its apparently on Tuesdays. So I asked about Fridays (today’s) special and he keeps saying “its coupons in the system.” He then says ” i push a little button and it tells me the special ” lol not sure what he was getting at… oh well..I relented and took my business elsewhere. Great pizza but if I cant order what I want then I’ll try me some Donatos tonight.

I wouldn’t order from Marco’s pizza if were you. This is supposed to be a regular crust pepperoni and sausage pizza, medium-sized from the store on North Western and 178th. I ordered through the app for Marco’s, and it showed on the way at 5:30, almost a 30 min cook and wait time. I ordered delivery by Marco’s, but it was delivered by Doordash after pick up at 5:45. My pizza was barely warm, and the dough wasn’t cooked completely.

I’ve given 3 reviews in my life on Google. I do NOT agree in giving bad reviews as I’ve been in customer service my entire life. With that said we used to ONLY order pizza from this franchise and in particular from this store. We don’t personally order pizza very often as a family but my husband does frequently for his business/employees/customers. He switched after several bad experiences from this location to other pizza companies. I called tonight and simply asked what specials they have going on. The guy said “we don’t have any” very rudely. I told him I’d like to place an order anyway and instead of saying “may I have your phone number” he said “Number!” I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager. We called Pizza Hut and ordered 20 pizza’s from them and were treated as a valued customer. I will never give this store another chance.

Really Marcos? Even after calling the store and was told by the female manager “I only have one delivery driver, he should be there in no more than 15-20 minutes.” That was over an hour and 6 minutes ago. At this point, the food’s cold and everyone’s ate. So irritating.
Update: Never received the sauce that I had ordered and they failed to give me.
