My visit to Mariscos El Plebe #1 Cocina Sinaloense was decent but left room for improvement. We ordered two asada tacos, one asada gordita, green chilaquiles, two Cokes, and a sangría a solid variety that came to about $58. The food itself was flavorful, especially the asada, which was tender and well-seasoned. However, the green chilaquiles were served with beans that were a bit cold, which took away from the overall experience. The wait time was around 30 minutes, which felt a little long for the size of our order. Service was friendly, but the table setup could have been better a few essentials like salt were missing, and the chips basket was barely half full.
Overall, the meal had good flavors, but the details and presentation could use a little more attention to match the price point.

Lucky to arrive and no crowd. Seated right away and waitress provide drinks. Had many recommendations of plates to try. Went with the three ceviches … delicious. We order the aguachiles and molcajete as well. Need to go try, won’t be disappointed.

Myself and my fiancé were craving Birria tacos all week and so I texted all my buddies for a dinner night at Tacos Don Chente. The tacos and other plates did not disappoint, and I’m so ready to go back. We had a large group with multiple families and kids, and the service was quick and friendly. I had several different tacos, sope and a super mulita, and it was so good. Highly recommend you try out this spot. It will not disappoint.

Food is good, but service is terrible. Unorganized and wouldn’t even slice my avocado even though they offered when I purchased it. Spent so long looking at my food on the counter instead of them actually attending to me, and when they did they gave me a few seconds put one thing in a bag before having their attention ripped away despite there being multiple servers

RULE NUMBER ONE….if you want to serve good mariscos you need to clean out all the dirty poop inside the shrimp! If you can’t do this then you should not call yourself a marisco spot. The campechana was not good for this reason. In every bite of the shrimp you could taste all the dirt they have inside.
By the way, this comes from someone whose parents owned Mexican restaurants and grew up in the food business.
