Every time I buy wings I don’t know what it is but they always forget to put sauce! These are dry! Taste like watery chicken! I’m tired of spending 50 Dollars all the time for me and my bro to eat! I’ve been having this problem for years now at several locations but this one takes the win! I even have to go in person and tell the staff to take their time and even if it’s 40 minutes I’ll wait! But please put sauce not just a sprinkle! It looks like mango habanero but tastes like watered down.

We order the habanero, original, lemon pepper and the garlic there was six of us. The garlic seemed raw to me and the habanero not hot the original tasteless the lemon pepper was delicious the fries were also good. The wait was not bad we got our first order quick….but the worst part it no trash receptacle we had to go take our trash to a small bin where their making the wings. Worse part is the huge towel roll that everyone shares is on a stick by drinks that’s not even easy to tear how gross people suck their fingers and to this roll that it looked dirty and shared just for that reason I would not return

Tonight, I placed a call in order for pick up the girl did mention there was a 20 to 25 minute wait I ordered the 20 wings for $20 half all flat lemon pepper with Cajun season on top dry rub and the other 10 Mexican street I received my order said thank you with no thank you in return I then got to my destination and to see my order was not correct so I called to speak to the manager to let them know of the inconvenience of my PAID order and the employee that answered asked why I wanted to speak to the manager I said it was regarding my order then the manager Nancy takes my call I explain to her my issue she then with no warning or no permission she put the employee that made my order on the phone to argue with me back and fourth I did ask her to pass the phone back to Nancy the manger as I felt it was very unprofessional to put the employee on the phone to speak to me when I asked to speak to the manager she then then passed Nancy back the phone I asked Nancy why she would do that and her response was “because she said she made the order” she then said all I can say is to being the order back and that’s all I can do.
I asked for her GM name and number she mentioned that there is no GM at the moment I could call back in the morning. I just want to write this review to say this was handled very unprofessional and I feel maybe Nancy should have a refresher of a manager course for she handled this situation extremely horribly.

I understand that certain things like wait time for food is out of the control of the employees hands. Furthermore, I don’t mind waiting for my food as I am hoping it will be delicious. Unfortunately, this was not the case on the evening of 09/21/2024. Waited over 45 minutes when we were told it was a 25 minute wait. Okay, that’s fine. But when we got our food, the lemon pepper wings had almost NO seasoning; if I wanted plain wings I would’ve ordered that. My brother’s order was also incorrect but the cashier was very sweet and fixed it. I’m hoping this was an off day because we frequent this location and it’s never been this bad.

The food is ok but the service is terrible. Every single time that I order something is missing and when I go to the counter to claim no matter who is the person there they look at me as if I owe them something. I avoid this location because nothing is more annoying than getting home after my purchase and having to come back because something is missing.

Robert was AMAZING. I love eating at wingstop and I had visited many locations… but so far the best interaction has been with Robert. He was very attentive, polite, friendly and professional. He definitely left a great impression.

Was excited to try out this new location. Staff wasn’t rude but also not very welcoming. We offered the garlic parm chicken sandwich and wine voodoo fries. Took a long time for our food, which I’ve come to expect from wingstop… but the fruits were still limp and didn’t seem like they were cooked thoroughly. The voodoo fries have very little toppings…it had a good amount of cheese, but the ranch was lacking and the Cajun seasoning was almost nonexistent.

I went to Wingstop 2 days ago with my daughter and we had a good time overall. The cashier lady, Amani, in the front gave us a free fry as well as ranch for doing the survey and also gave my daughter a free brownie which was very thoughtful
The food was good but we waited about 10 more minutes than our expected time but the food was good so it was okay.
I’ve been to this location in the past and have had the same experience with the cashier and she is always very kind as well as the cooks always prepare my food to how I like it.
