Bought a crunchy cantina chicken, and got a soft taco that was face down (partially out of the wrapper) in a bag. Did not even get to eat it. The baja blast that I had tasted watered down. To top it off the man over the speaker was extremely rude, and made it sound like it was a burden to do his job. Do not recommend this location unless you want your food at the bottom of your bag… not worth $21…

I was given someone else’s order, but didn’t realize it until I got home. My order had a taco included, so I ate the taco. Unfortunately, the rest of my order was not in the bag. I called the manager who explained to me that they could not issue a refund since I “ate the food.” I ate a taco, the rest of the *wrong* order was still in the bag. Oh well, at least I liked the taco. Mistakes happen, but a good business practice would have been to issue a refund. Management should do better.

This store is terrible. They prioritize drive thru and just completely ignore anyone in the store while we wait 20 + minutes to get our food. Don’t waste your time going to this location. Just drive to the one on Franklin road instead

Tell you what those Cantina chicken tacos are delicious. I get them without the sauce. So just chicken and cheese on a grilled taco shell. They are good.

The food is always on point for me and the wife. The sodas are typically never carbonated when I come through. Instead of just filling and serving a drink there are clear signs that the soda is not gonna taste how its suppose to.

I have been to this Taco Bell multiple times. It is hit or miss. Quality of food is what you expect from Taco Bell. But that is where it stops. The service has a lot to be desired. I would chalk it up to kids working there, but it not usually them with the “don’t care” attitude. Please always check your order for correctness and completeness. It is ok for a quick bite as it is the closest one to me.

I always have items in my order prepared incorrectly, frequently missing items-especially drinks, and often unnecessarily long wait times when there are few customers.
There’s rarely anyone at the front counter, so customers are left waiting for several minutes before even being greeted or having their order taken, and are still asked by staff to place the order themselves on the kiosk (which is also requested by multiple signs posted at registers and near the kiosks), making it seem as though it is an inconvenience to take their orders.
