I don’t know how hard it is to mess up entire order. A spicy chicken sandwich NO MAYO, got mayo. 10 piece spicy nuggets, got regular nuggets. Two simple order somehow becomes a difficult task for someone. I hope this Wendy’s can try and do a better job next time.

Chicken tenders were dry old and non edible,
To add to that the employee clipped me for $2.00 waited for five minutes to get back my change back. The cashier insisted he gave me the correct amount back. Gave him two fives got .35 cents back. The supervisor must have had other priorities than customer service. I hear a lot of stores are closing due to underperformance guess this could be on the list for closure. In all fairness the day shift
Is more suited to give you a better experience than the night shift faster drive through times and better services.

Staff were extremely nice and extremely quick I come here a lot during my lunch break as I work at the grocery store right down the street from here they even went the extra mile and gave me an extra barbecue sauce with my mobile order and didn’t charge me. Very good place to go if you’re looking for a quick cheap meal.

The new breakfasts at Wendy’s are delicious and fresh! The chicken biscuit is all breast meat, nicely seasoned on a flaky honey biscuit. The bacon and sausage biscuits and croissants, which we tasted, were perfect. Bacon was crisp. Sausage had a little spice, but not overpowering. Eggs were fried to perfection. Croissant was flaky and light. I’m sorry I missed out on getting to taste the biscuits with sausage gravy… My Wendy’s didn’t have any, and that was what I was most looking forward to. But what we had was great! The store was clean and the staff were kind and helpful.

waited 30 minutes just for them to tell me they gave my order to somebody else. i got charged for it and even though i gave them the receipt multiple times they cant remake my food. nothing against the guy working at the drive thru but either the system is compromised or the team need training on how to handle mobile orders.

There have been several occasions where service was poor and food quality questionable. In addition food poisoning after eating here. Waited a year before attempting again to order food here. The cold and raw burger picture is evidence.

Only experienced the drive thru. Late night hours I was there and it was busy. Sat in line for what seemed like forever to order and then after ordering. NOT complaining because the food was FRESH and delicious. I’d rather wait however long for my food to be fresh than move thru the line quick to get gross food. Having patience is a virtue.

Staff is always on top of things, kind and courteous.
Bathrooms are clean, and the dining area is always clean.
Wendy’s fries are great!
