If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. These were the worst tacos and elotes I’ve ever had. The meat was completely unseasoned and didn’t taste fresh at all. The first order of elotes was extremely salty. When I asked for it to be remade, the staff argued with me and said that’s how it’s supposed to taste. I had to practically beg for a remake, and even the second batch was still disgusting. On top of that, I asked for cheese for my tacos and was told I’d have to pay extra. You would think that if a customer is clearly unhappy, there would be some effort to make it right, but that wasn’t the case here at all. The customer service was terrible and to top it off this food had my husband’s stomach bubbling, he had to run to the bathroom less than 15min after eating. Try this place at your own risk.

I got the chicken alambre and it was so good I forgot to get pictures! The hot salsa was perfect with it.
The cashier was so nice and friendly (and patient, I dropped like 3 things).

It’s a small place in Potluck food hall but who would have thought that a pinch of American and another of Mexican would result in a delicious combination of flavors. When the cashier asked for my name and phone number to let us know when the food will be ready he replied: “Bonita” (instead of my name) my family and I laughed and we are honored that he spoke Spanish… that was the icing on the cake! Definitely a great experience in every way, worth coming back.

This place is in a food court but a very cool for a food court. The atmosphere is nice. The tacos we great even though they got my order wrong. They offered to remake my tacos but we were in a hurry. The wrong ones came with a side of salsa I asked for bbq sauce so they charged me 70 cents. Food cost alone would have been 70 cents if I asked them to remake them! The staff was standing around on their phones and not helpful with suggestions.

The gentleman working the register was great! Unfortunately the food was not. The meat was luke warm,stringy and chewy. I don’t like to bash businesses, maybe the meat was just sitting too long. The only thing I’m upset about is paying $28 for my 4 year old and I to eat a couple bites of our lunch.

I went here for the first time to try their ribs, and really enjoyed the food I got. With the ribs I got collard greens and Johnny-cakes. The collars greens were amazing, so tender and flavorful! I could not eat all of them, so took them home and enjoyed them for breakfast with an egg on top. The Johnny-cakes were something I had never had, almost like a pancake but made with cornmeal. It was delicious with the butter they served with it. The people working the counter were super friendly and helpful in determining how much food I should order (was going to get the larger portion of ribs, but I was stuffed after what I had) . I will definitely return!

Wow, really nice food court and Tio’s was fantastic. Prepared fresh for my order. I had street tacos and was surprised that there were 4 in the order. Good portion. Flavorful too. I also ordered chips and guacamole which was great, warm chips!
Appetizer portions are huge, enough for 4 people to share. Mushrooms were large and light batter, excellent. I also like how they take your phone number and you get a text when your order is ready. Great service.

Friendly service. Just ordered 6 ribs with no sides and ribs were great and tastety. I did not even use the sauce I had them put on the side. Ribs were tender and juice and needed no sauce at all. Definetly will be back when I’m at Rosedale.

At Tios Î had smoked wings. Beef hard shell tacos and tried the jerk chicken tacos. But first the cashier was outstanding. Very friendly and knowledgeable about everything they sold he even brought out food out to us. I believe his name was Anthony or Antonio. Anyways the chicken fell off the bone and you can definitely taste the smoke flavor. They were really, really good. I can’t wait to go back and get some more. Also the hard shell taco I don’t know what kind of horror show that they use but the crunch was phenomenal. It was really good and I will be back again again they were delicious.
