I had a bit of a hard time finding this place because the actual restaurant has a different name. PST is upstairs in the restaurant and gives a nice speak easy vibe. Limited seating is available. The food at the restaurant downstairs is available at the cocktail bar in the back of the menu. I had the cooling water, which was a very tasty longan cocktail. I paired this with the beef pho cup, which conveniently comes in a to go container, just ask for a lid. I left my hotel key at a table downstairs and a waiter noticed and so kindly brought it up to the bar for me which was much appreciated!

We really enjoyed our time here. I came for my birthday. Drinks are very strong and tasty. Service is good. And after drinks, you can get pho downstairs. High recommend pho bac afterwards.

**Great drinks, fun vibe!**

Phocific Standard Time is such a cool spot in downtown Seattle. We tried the egg coffee cocktail and the tequila peanut drink—both were super unique and delicious. The flavors were unexpected in the best way. Great atmosphere and friendly staff, sitting at the bar was fun being able to watch all the drinks be made. Can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu!

Bar with interesting vibe of southern east Asian kind atmosphere. The cocktail I got had spicy and sour kick but sweet enough; I liked its overall taste balance. Will be revisiting to try some others.

The bar place is located at the restaurant’s 2nd floor space, so first look for a first-floor Viet restaurant cause you won’t see any specific sign for PST. To be a regular bar this one is bit hidden, and to be a speakeasy it’s too revealed.

The drinks are wonderful. A bit of waiting time if you get there later in the evening or on a Friday. (Went Thursday & Friday). No wait on Thursday & about 45 minutes on Friday.

Favorite drink was the cooling water. Also had the Phin-tini & Queen Bee both were wonderful as well!

The Banh mi was delicious as well.

Great place – delicious food, creatively crafted cocktails, and amazing service. You won’t be disappointed with the speakeasy upstairs. Be prepared for a short wait while enjoying your Pho.

Bartenders themselves were friendly but overall pretty slow service for how small of a space it is. Guy at the bar was a little rude and slammed down the check and said there was a 90 minute limit (while the bar was half empty) which is fine but the aggression was unwarranted and unprofessional. Most places with a time limit tell you before they seat you. Bánh mì was pretty trash. Drinks all sounded good but didn’t actually deliver any flavor. Just a gimmicky place imo. Would not recommend.

Great speakeasy cocktail bar! The Vietnamese inspired drinks were creative and well crafted. I also got the fresh spring rolls which were pretty good. The bar itself is intimate and cozy. Would definitely recommend!

One of the most disappoint bars unfortunately. Tried 5 drinks, and each had a fair share of disappointments. The betel leaf was well balanced, but the flavors were not apparent whatsoever. The tamarind was good in flavor but really acidic and not a pleasant mouthfeel. The coffee brûlée was extremely disappointing with the fact that the coffee was not reminiscent of filter coffee whatsoever. The quynh bee was a bit pool-waterish and needs a new approach. I recommend clarification for that. Honestly I see the vision of the bar, but the execution was really weird. Spring rolls are really good though, and it’s close in authenticity. I’ve been to Vietnam more than 5 times.

We have been here several times and have been impressed by the service and the quality of drinks! We have tried almost 70% of their menu and LOVE every single drink. Our favorites are the Dua Dua and Ca Phe Trung! Food is also great especially the Cua dip. The bartenders are also amazing, warm and welcoming!
