Delivery driver threw the bag down and slammed on my door. Sped off like a maniac. Took over 1 hour to get delivered. Ive had several issues lately with this location… im bringing my money somewhere else.

You should let us know if it is not your delivery. I ordered a toasted sub and by the time I got it the bun was so hard I could not eat it! I would have ordered a regular sub if I new it was going to be Uber with one other stop!! Not happy at all

A sub then I received it and the sandwich wasn’t made right….when I call the lady (not) she yelled at me cause she said I was just mad for the sandwich being late and called me a liar and was VERY DISRESPECTFUL!! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Driver was upset that I didn’t give him a tip. Ordered online and I used a gift card and didn’t have enough for a tip. He pulls up gets out the car and hands me a receipt asking if I wanted to leave a tip. If I wanted to leave a tip I would have on the website lmao . Driver tried to drive intimidate me and failed .

Owner parked in both 15 minute parking. Said he could have parked in one if he wanted. Then went on how he could buy me… yelling about how much more he has then I do. Never met him before. Will never go back. Lived here way longer then that franchise has been in Germantown & I’ve NEVER been treated that way in our small town. On top of all that 2 of our 3 subs are made incorrectly.

Ordered delivery and waited 1 hour. Called the store asking about my order and they said some Uber driver was supposed to pick it up and never did. Then another driver apparently picked up the order and said it was delivered to my house. Nobody ever came to my house or dropped off any food. So after an hour and a half and $30 later, I never got any food. Talk about freaky fast

I ordered my delivery (like a knucklehead) to the wrong address not too far from where I meant, while at work. I called after I didn’t have my food but they said the order was complete to complain until I realized I was the one at fault. Willing to cut my losses, I was just going to not eat until the manager offered to have his driver go back to the previous address and delivery it to the correct one. Above and beyond for customer service, thanks guys!

Took over an hour and no food.
Had to call twice.
Asked for a refund.
Nothing else offered other than an apology.
Poor customer service. Used to have excellent food and service.
