Coffee here is watered down . I’ve been here a few times in the down times it’s clean & convenient. My first time coming here during the Morning rush, NEEDS HELP! Definitely not convenient, they’re short on workers in the morning. There were no sizzlis available had to wait. Strangely on the order kiosk there is no option for turkey sausage or oatmeal. I’ve never been to a Wawa without an oatmeal option. The workers were pleasant and helpful just didn’t have enough to make it efficient in comparison to other Wawas I’ve been to.

I don’t know who yall got behind the counter making the food but i was here on 9/27 around 1pm and i ordered a quesadilla. I overheard someone actively correcting them on how make the quesadilla. I assumed they fixed it. I come home and the quesadilla has fallen apart. I don’t have the correct meat and one half the quesadilla is just cheese. Then i go to eat it, who ever made it COOKED THE CHEESES PLASTIC INTO MY FOOD.

I charge my Tesla at this location everyday and everytime I step in the bathroom it’s absolutely discussing. It’s the nastiest bathroom I’ve ever seen. And when I spoke to the general manager (I don’t know her name, but she is light skinned with glasses, mid 40’s) she caught an attitude and said “We’ll someone must have just used it because we just cleaned it. (All lies) The video and photos are from different days. ♂️
Someone from corporate really needs to step in and do something. Ive charge at Wawa’s all over the Dmv area and this one by far has the worst cleanliness issues. Sheesh

Wow….We’re a mixed family and we were not welcome here. The (manager?) was extremely rude to me while with my 3 year old daughter. All I did was ask about a price discrepancy that was incorrect marked. She immediately had a nasty attitude like it was my fault I didn’t the label was over the wrong item. Then when I tried to remove the item the self checkout froze. We stood there for like 4 minutes while she kept walking by us giving us dirty looks and not helping us. So we went to the other self checkout. But this time it wouldn’t recognize my sandwich order, and then also froze. So now we go to the regular checkout. Someone asks the nasty lady if self checkout is broken. She replies loudly “well it shouldn’t be, unless SOMEONE left some items unpaid!” While looking and nodding towards me. Then she proceeds to the deli counter and yells out number “NUMBER 315 YOUR ITEM IS NOT PAID!” Repeatedly while I’m still in line to pay. The woman at the counter was friendly and the man at the deli was kind.
