Mary always takes my order with joy and care. No matter what mood I came in with they always make sure I leave in a better mood with some great quality food. I always get the sandwiches and they always taste great. Always warm with nice fluffy croissant buns. And when I want a sweet the donuts are very tasty without being too sweet for me. Highly recommend this location for your morning needs.

Update: I ordered on the app & mistakenly left it on the default location. There is no way to cancel an order on the app. We tried calling the store where the order went (Custer in Mckinney – called 5 times). They never answered. Called corporate customer svc. They don’t answer either, just a message saying “go to the website” . Went in here and asked if they could cancel or redirect the order. They said no, you’ve gotta call corporate. Told them we tried and she said “I’ll just make it for you here.” – very helpful and the kind of employee that keeps Dunkin looking good, even with the other problems. Thank you! (and they were much faster than last time!)
Slowest Dunkin I’ve been to. Not friendly, but polite. Pretty busy talking about a boy one of them goes to school with but didn’t quit working, just distracted and slow. My order was ready for several minutes but no one announced it or put it in the order ready spot until I finally asked. Advertised a special on 10 munchkins, but you couldn’t order more than 5 so the special “didn’t work” there.

Food and coffee is always pretty good at any one of the locations. The staff at this location make you feel like you’re not welcome.And almost like you’re a burden when you walk in the door. No smiles, no greeting, just really quick to the point.And only speak on just the order exactly. When one man was telling them, he did not knead his coffee lady.Just grabbed it off.The counter stared rudely and put it back with saying nothing. If this was a restaurant I would never dine again.

1. Say hello in the drive through. Then take a breath while people order, instead of cutting them off because you think you know best. Give me the total before I drive up, don’t talk to a customer like a child because you’re too lazy to do that.
2. Say hello at the window and repeat the total. Take my credit card and run it yourself. Tipping workers who aren’t servers is ridiculous, and throwing a machine at me to add a tip made me laugh. You don’t even try to earn it.
3. Wipe cups down, and if you can’t do that, don’t be shitty to people who ask for a napkin. “I got it” she said, while stuffing napkins in the bag, so I said “I need one to wipe the cup”. That’s literally ALL she said to me at the window.
4. I said thank you. She said nothing. Her coworkers were gathering around the window like I’m a problem? Because I asked for a napkin? It’s like they like drama, I guess.
So I said “you’re welcome!” and this literal child says WHAT like she’s going to come through the window? Grow up.
Dunkin, my kids are grown. No one needs teenage attitude while SPENDING MONEY AT YOUR STORE on the way to work.
I’ll never be back. Every damn time it’s something. This is like my fifth review. Bring back the “my love” lady, she seems to be the only one who gives a crap.
Kids: I’ve been in customer service over 35 years. Hello and thank you it’s all it takes. That’s it, to not be a crap experience.

Just wanted to say I frequent this location and they are consistently providing the best service I have ever gotten from any Dunkin, ever. I sat inside to do work this morning, my food and drink were perfect, and the manager was so kind. Can not recommend this location enough!

AMAZING SERVICE, these girls had phenomenal customer service so much so that u had to make a review! The donuts were fresh and my coffee was very flavorful I’ve had bad experiences at other locations but this one has definitely been the best. I recommend this location so much.

Dunkin is my fav spot for a coffee, but I went in New Year’s Eve day and I ordered a Medium hot latte with French vanilla, unfortunately the girl with the pretty eyes seem super off, didn’t have a great attitude and had a bad face when I got to the window to pay, she didn’t have 2% milk like I asked so I was ok with whole milk just for this time, but as soon as I drove off I noticed my coffee isn’t full enough like other times, as a regular customer this is disappointing that I pay more than $5 for a coffee plus other stuff and all I get is 75% of my coffee??? I’m sorry but that is Not okay! I won’t be coming back to this location, they always seem to do something to piss me off! Do not come here, they have bad attitude and they are stingy with the amount of content for the prices you pay!!!!

One of the better Dunkin Donuts we’ve visited.
A clean dining room and very good staff service. Also an attractive Donut case.
We had the Grilled cheese sandwich and coffees ☕️. Coffee was excellent as usual. The Sourdough bread for the Grilled cheese was perfect. However, the Grilled cheese was served with pesto, which we weren’t fans of. Nor did the menu state as much either. Menu only stated Grilled cheese.
We had a Donut each afterwards and very much enjoyed the donuts too. The bathroom was clean also.
A great new Dunkin Donuts. I highly recommend a visit.

Friendly staff and easy to use self service machines make your visit seamless. They also accept orders and payment via the Dunkin App.
And I’ve never seen this before but they have a variety of coffee on TAP!! Combine that with freshly baked donuts, bagels, muffins, and sandwiches you’re sure to satisfy your breakfast cravings!
So nice to have a bit of the north in The Colony!

Nice new dunkin with clean seating area and quick drive thru. Beverage is being made with care and served promptly. The dunkin coffee is delicious. This location takes mobile order ahead and employees are courteous. I’d love to come back at this location.
