There was a line tonight at 8:45 that’s fine they were quick. Employees were rude and annoyed I guess since they had customers? This is the small subs I have ever gotten from them. I guess they were just done for the night. I feel totally skimped on meat, maybe their portions are getting smaller.

Worst Jersey Mike’s experience that I have had. Paid $12 for this extra meat, extra cheeses sandwich. Only thing that actually got extra, was the pound of mustard that took 5 minutes to wipe off. I placed a large catering order for 30 people through Jersey Mike’s corporate website and had an issue when I submitted. Hannah reached out promptly to help me get it corrected. When I arrived for pick up, the whole staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Exceptional customer service ensuring my order was correct and to make sure I had everything needed to make lunch great!
