Today I wanted to try something new so I asked what was the suggested best protein drink, Iced chai latte, brown sugar protein cold foam, with protein milk, YES it was SO YUMMY! I would highly recommend it. Also, just a shout out to my favorite Starbucks, in all of Lee County, they have amazing energy, always friendly and not to mention no matter what time of the day they are always on point!!

Excellent customer service. I just came through the drive through and made the mistake of not checking my order (or speaking up louder) and when I explained what I wanted and apologized for my mistake, they were quick to remake it and fix it for me! This is a great starbucks to visit!

Outstanding service and food. I was unaware of the vast selection that they have started offering. I personally recommend the new maple chicken sandwich. Superb.

WAY TOO LOUD!!!! I stopped in here to have a coffee and get some work done, but wow were they blasting the music! I brought my noise cancelling headphones with me but even with the volume turned all the way up their music still overpowered it. I couldn’t concentrate or hear myself think. The code to their bathroom didn’t work, either. Coffee was fine and service was pleasant. Seats and tables were a bit dirty, so combined with the music it’s just not a good place to actually go into. Which is a shame, because the layout and the outdoor patio look lovely otherwise.

Extremely slow service this Sunday morning. I waited in the drive-thru for a long time and the line just wasn’t moving at all. I eventually had to back out and leave. It wasn’t even that busy, but everything seemed to be completely stuck. Really disappointing — I expected better from Starbucks.

Not at all busy on a Saturday at 7am when I was early for an appointment. Let’s chill in Starbucks for a bit.
No other customers this morning and my blonde roast coffee was just fine. Wifi worked well and there was a power outlet next to the chair I chose. Like others, Starbucks uses wooden chairs and on the tile floor it gets loud when people start moving them around.
There is some outside seating but no power out there.

I really love the Starbucks and normally the service is great! I was a little disappointed that we had to remind them to make our food. I think they were overwhelmed with online orders yesterday morning. I don’t love whatever new thing they have done to the pumpkin cream, cold brew. It’s not as good as it used to be.

Ever since their opening September 2024, this crew has been nothing but excellent. I always feel welcomed and valued by the baristas. They never cease to amaze me.
Britt is so nice!!! She always gives me recommendations and serves me with a smile. She knows exactly how to brighten my day after getting my go to coffee, after a 14 hour shift. She’s always working hard and is very approachable.
The big fella with the glasses is so awesome! He makes me laugh every time I get my coffee. Ask him about music, he’s got good taste.
The rest of the crew and management make this Starbucks, different.. A great experience and good drinks! 🙂
