Jerry does a wonderful job at his Subway. He knows his way around and is always going above and beyond for customers. I typically always see him later in the afternoon during the week, and he is very sweet and polite to everyone who walks through the door. His devotion shouldn’t go unnoticed, but I know it does. Great worker and guy for sure in my book. He makes the Subway sandwiches taste better.

The lady working front counter right now was very rude. I am a driver and was instructed to ask for oil and vinegar. And the lady had a fit. Very unprofessional as far as customer service. Sorry if she is having a bad day but don’t take it out on others. Come to this location often and have never been treated this way by anyone else. Hope her sandwich skills are better than her customer service skills.

I just had the most embarrassing experience at Subway. I’ve never been treated so poorly. They would not accept my Subway coupon, they didn’t accept them. Then they wouldn’t accept the 50% off deal from the app because I had to order from the app then when I ordered from the app and my order came through they made me wait for other customers before they would even hand me my already prepared sandwiches. All of this so that the store can make an extra $2 off of me. Absolutely unacceptable I will not be back to the store ever.

This location is next to Winn Dixie store. Came here and they overcharged me more than once. Not all the time though. $13.50 plus tax for a pro-foot long. Not extra cheese. Other locations change $9.50 plus tax for the same sandwich. Not returning.

I usually like this location but today I am overly upset. I placed order online and when I get to the store it’s not ready and not only they claim they never received it.Wasn’t even greeted upon arrival I showed them my email receipt and my app. Not able to cancel and get money back so I had to wait in a longer than expected when I had plans. Horrible experience the lady seem high on something she dropped the guy in front of me sandwich

I’ve never felt a need to leave a review like this but at some point things need to change for the better on this world. This was the worst sandwich and experience today. The simplest sandwich ever made, a footling meatball light sauce with no toppings. 7 meatballs not 8. Most stale bread ever and apparently asking for light sauce was simply too much a struggle. If a pleasent customer service experiance is entirely too much to hope for i can let that slide. Please at least understand that consumers earn their money just as the employees in this store.. when we chose to eat here shouldn’t the food’s quality be good, the product be as advertised and the price be accurate? Unbelievable…. This is absolutely unacceptable. IAbsolutely do not recommend this location.
