Went here to this location and got a couple pizzas and decided to try the monkey, garlic and cinnamon bread. I followed the instructions that were on there. We kept a close eye on the monkey bread. Even took it out a few minutes earlier.Before the time that it was recommended to cook. We waded to the tops for golden brown. And when my wife took him out, the bottom parts of it were completely burned. I don’t understand how it’s negligence on my part if I kept an eye On them the whole time while cooking. The top parts were not even cooked Fully yet, even though the bottoms were already burnt. Try to explain this to the owner of the restaurant. His only words were not the company’s fault.It’s our own fault for the way we baked it. I highly recommend I’m not going to this store and not buying their product. Because they do not stand behind their own instructions.

I Ordered a pizza and the 2 sides for $12 online when I arrived at the pickup time only 2/3 items were at the pickup spot. I asked about the cinnamon wheel and they said they were out of it. The website didn’t not reflect that it was out of stock. I asked for a refund and the employee stated they were unable to issue refunds. I was then offered the choice of another side or to come back the next day for the cinnamon wheel. I wasn’t planning on coming back the next day so I just got cookie dough instead. I was disappointed in the website and the inability of an employee to refund me for an out of stock item. The Chicken garlic pizza lacked flavor and sauce. The 5 cheese bread was very good and flavorful.

Today I had a friend pick up 3 kid pizzas while on the phone with her I can hear that staff in the background being very rude and disrespectful. The staff wanted to put the dough in the bag by itself because they couldn’t figure out how to make the boxes. I told them to just do it we dont need the boxes they can just leave it on the plate because they come wrapped. Well when I friend noticed that they were not wrapped she asked if they can warp them like they did the other pizzas the staff flipped out on her, and tells her this is to much for 12 dollars an hour and that they are kids their self. This experience was very uncomfortable and unprofessional due to the fact that they threatened to call the police on her. They refused to take the pizza back or give a refund. This location really needs help because it’s always something and many times I just ignore it but this is a hard time for my family and all I want to do is take my kids mind off the tragedy that we’re going through. This was a waste the dough is hard so we just tossed them in the trash.

Pizza is bland, got the Murphys combo which used to be really good but now it is bland. Think they are cutting way back on the ingredients. Not sure if it is all papa Murphys or just this one. Will not order from here again.

We always have Sunday supper with the kids and grandkids at Great Grandma’s house. We switch up who cooks etc. And sometimes we just love to have a pizza night. So this time we got our adult pizzas and a Mini Murphy pizza for our 4 year old grandson. He absolutely LOVED that he got to make it himself! It’s a personal pizza that comes complete with crust, sauce, pepperoni and cheese. He had so much fun putting it together that it was fun for us adults to watch his enjoyment. Funny thing, he said he didn’t like the pepperoni. But proceeded to eat every slice while making his cheese pizza. So I guess he just doesn’t like the pepperoni ON his pizza It tasted great and it was only $4!!! He was proud to take home his leftovers in his own special Mini Murphy box. I would highly recommend this option for parents and grandparents of young picky eaters. It was kind of like an art project that he got to eat and was SO proud of!!!

Okay, so you can’t beat the 6.99 deal anywhere… so what if you have to cook it yourself, the price and taste, unbeatable! Also the staff is great, knowledgeable and always on time or better than predicted time! 3 pizzas (all different 6.99 2 topping mediums puzzas, but delicious) and a ceasar salad, under $30!?!? in this economy??? can’t beat it…

We tried Papa Murphy’s take ‘n bake pizza for the first, and last, time tonight. I was impressed when the pizza was ready to go 7 min. prior to my requested pickup time.
I did not know where to pick up the pizza, or let them know I was there. So I asked when I entered, walked to the counter where the gal was putting an order together, I got nothing, no response or acknowledgement of even being there. Another employee came out from the back, and again, no spoken words. So I went and followed the gal putting together the order–she went to a racking set-up and put her items in a slot. Lo and behold, there was a pizza sitting there with my name on the receipt! How hard would it have been to direct me to the rack? I didn’t see a smile from either of them, so it was pretty tense in my opinion. I can see that verbal customer service is obviously not a priority.
Onto the pizza now…it appeared to all be the correct ingredients, and I was eager to get home as the oven was being preheated. It had no taste, none at all. It was a half and half creation. We both had some type of olives, both on my side, and they were “blah-blah-blah” to say the least. There was light flavor to the sausage and the pepperoni, but nothing from the various veggies. So disappointing, pretty sure I can get a frozen pizza with more flavor. The cheese was very minimal, and just a total let down. It was a first and a last for us.
