Visited Friday evening right at 5pm. Empty and were sat immediately. Our waitress was efficient and friendly. Ordered the all meat pizza with some calamari. Pizza was delicious and nice sized slices. Calamari was delicious as well. Wish they would’ve given a bigger portion to share as it is an appetizer but oh well. Overall great vibes and dinner before the snow. Plenty of parking to choose from.

The New York style cheese pizza was very good but the order of garlic knots were burnt and black and the bottoms were saturated with butter to the point of sogginess. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize it until I brought my to-go order home. Probably will not purchase from this location in the future.

The food is great. I came in tonight with my family as they were getting busy around 6:30 on a Friday. My server was great and all my food came out quickly. This is the best pizza in NC by far. The manager was awesome. She recommended the inducer pizza and I am in love. This will now be my favorite pizza spot.

The food, service, and atmosphere were really good. Bring a jacket or sweater for it is cold, but the food is good and hot. The huge garlic knots and chicken wings were delicious. Those wings were fried and sauced to perfection (& I’m not a wings person). I had Capellini Supreme (a new dish for me) and was surprised at how flavorful it was.

Came in on a quiet Thanksgiving evening. Greeter was personable and welcoming. Our server, Hope, was very endearing. Our food came out quick and tasted divine. The garlic knots are as good as they look. Good music was played at a reasonable noise level. Price was very reasonable.

Haven’t been to Hawthornes in 7 years. Got their buffalo stromboli and it was extremely good. Fresh ingredients the price is good. Their ranch is great. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.. the bar area has a good amount of TV’s to watch the games. Friendly staff very clean

We normally go to a different location which is consistently great. We went today and they got our order wrong twice then ran our card to pay someone else’s bill. The wait time was also ridiculously long for how few customers were there. Our waitress was very nice though and waived the cost of the wrong order, but the whole visit was just frustrating and really long. Food was great as always though, but garlic knots were missing which is probably my favorite part of going there.

I made a mistake with the ordering and accidentally sent the order to the 7th st location. Came to pick it up and the manager(Sam) told me about the mistake. He transferred it over to this location without hesitation. Rectified the situation which was my mistake. Told is to sit in Patrick’s section who did an amazing job. Excellent service, excellent table manners, excellent banter from him, excellent all around. Cheers lads.

We loved the chicken sandwich with delicious waffle fries. Friendly wait staff. We also ordered a Calzone. It looked great, but it lacked any special flavor or spices. It was very bland. Next time I’ll go back to ordering their lasagna, as that doesn’t disappoint. ❤
