I ordered 2 giant #6 The Veggie and called about both missing both the avocado spread and the cucumber. When I called about it asking what was going on I was told that everything was on the sandwich and that I was wrong, the avocado spread was very thinly smeared between the cheese, there was more mayo on the sandwich than avocado, but if I wanted the sandwiches remade or a store credit that’s what they would do, when I said that they still didn’t have the cucumber, and that I didn’t need more sandwhiches or store credit I was then hung up on, when I called back I was hung up on again, and again, when they finally answered I was told that I was yelling and degrading them and that was why I was hung up on, which is not true. I have worked at enough places dealing with complaints that I don’t curse at people or degrade people when I have an issue. I was calm and rational the whole time, the guy I was speaking to was the one that got rude. The management, or whoever was on the phone, just didn’t want to offer a discount, or other way of correcting the issue for the sub’s, they only wanted to either remake them or give a store credit. Well I have no intention of ordering from this location again as this isn’t the first time we have had this issue here. We didn’t need the extra sandwiches, and I didn’t want the store credit but I was hung up on before something could be worked out, a simple apology would have been more than sufficient. No one is willing to own their mistakes anymore, always finding a reason to pass the blame. We will just make sure we only order from the other Jimmy Johns location from now on. This location (north Main st) has horrible management.

Last few times have been very disappointing. I love the sliced wheat bread but at least the last 3 trips the bread was not raised(yeast). Bread was chewy (underdone)and sandwich was the size of a typical half sandwich.

The workers were absolutely disgustingly mannered. I have never seen such a sloppily made sandwich, and I found a hair in my food. By the way, they do not have banana peppers, they will throw miscellaneous peppers on your sandwich and call it a day.

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve ordered from them, but when I did it was always very good. Today I wanted a sandwich and thought I’d go for it again …. I was NOT disappointed in the least. I got exactly what I ordered, and it arrived in less than 10 minutes after I placed my order. The food was delicious, veggies were crisp and ripe, very fresh just as advertised. The bread was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. None of it was soggy or mushy, tasted like it was made fresh to order …. excellent quality. And the pickle? Mmmmmm crunchy and crispy, delicious.

When you order a chicken sub you really expect chicken on it! NO CHICKEN! Not a crumb. So drive all the way back after they said only think to do is bring the sandwich back, we’ll make a new one. Drive back across town had it to them at the drive thru and they hand it back saying we can’t take this. They made a new one, however the chicken is less than a tiny can of shredded chicken with almost no flavor. This for $10.00? You have got to be kidding. No flavor chicken no chunks no good slices. Blah. A double drive for a waste of time. We want a full refund.

I absolutely love Jimmy John’s! That bread…yum! The fresh ingredients and quality meat bring me back again and again. I wish there was a Jimmy John’s in my town. I have to drive 40 miles to get a sandwich…and I do. Lol

They don’t read tickets to make the sandwich correctly if you have modifications. Don’t spend the extra money for add ons because they will leave them off the sandwich and you’ll just give the establishment free money. Also the dr. Pepper tastes like flavored carbonated water. Go to jersey mikes or somewhere else :/ this isn’t the first time we have had issues at this location.

I pulled up to the drive through and the kid that answered literally just stared at me with his mouth open for an uncomfortably long time, asked what I wanted… like I hadn’t already told them I had a mobile order at the speaker… went to the back without confirming my order or name or anything, told me they had 3 orders like it was MY FAULT, and then told me my sandwiches weren’t ready in the most unpleasant way possible.
I literally felt accosted for ordering a sandwich.
The food was good enough, but damn, that kid needs some socialization. This is my first experience with “the gen Z stare” as a gen Z myself, and it was horrifying. I genuinely hope he reads this, because I was so incredibly uncomfortable that it took me days to make this review.

Leda s amazing they were so busy when we came in, and she was doing everything she could even with not having enough people on deck! She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Hopefully they do more for the store though! Defiantly needs some upgrades.
