Went inside to eat, and service was fast and friendly. Even got extra gravy when I asked. The food was excellent, and I’m still craving those biscuits hours later. Will definitely go back. 5 stars isn’t enough.

Hit or miss every time. Sometimes they will forget the biscuit or a side in the meal. Sometimes the slaw is inedible and dry. Chicken is good but barely seasoned. I haven’t been once that something wasn’t messed up with my order and I had to go back in to have it corrected.

Honestly, I would rate less than one star if that were possible. The biscuits were overcooked, the coleslaw was frozen (and spoiled) and the chicken was hard, crusty, and absolutely flavorless. The only salt in the building has to be specifically requested. I would say that the staff was the redeeming feature, but even they were less than understanding. I don’t know what restaurant the positive reviews are talking about, but it wasn’t this one. I would understand if this was a prison cafeteria meal but it is absolutely not something you should pay $25 for (2 people).

Family owned and super friendly. The staff are quick and easy to get along with. Even the part time high school kids conduct themselves in a professional manner. Value to price ratio is outstanding. If you don’t have much time for lunch, this is the place to be. I list this as one of the top 3 overall diners for lunch !

I went there yesterday and their prices have gotten sooooo much higher and it wasn’t even worth it at all!!!!! I ordered the fish combo with fried okra and cole slaw. And OMG….. The fish was so over cooked it was basically turning into dust!!!!! And the okra was rock hard as well!!!! I threw most of it away because it wasn’t edible!!!! It was just a waste of my money!!!! I would have asked for a refund but I didn’t know if they would have given it to me. I won’t go back there again!!!!!

Couldnt even get greeted,24 minutes goes by and finally they acknowledge us. Than watching them make fresh chicken for others. Than tells me and my family that they only have 17 pieces! When we asked for 20 piece family meal! Just rude and never got to try the food! I know they was busy,but still takes 2 seconds to say hi il be with you!! Service was horrible!
