Very delicious and homely food! Mixed veggies and parathas reminded us the taste of home cooked food. Naan was very soft.
Anita aunty is very kind and generous. She even served us pickle from her home kitchen when we asked if it’s available. Quick and amazing service. Highly recommend!

Authentic Indian food by a wonderful woman named Anita! I am a big fan of Indian food and it took me a while (8 years) to find it here at Bend. Strange location but once you find it you’ll be in your happy place…
The butter chicken is to die for, the lamb curry amazing and Pakora is very tasty!
Anita and husband just a wonderful people!
I would recommend with no regrets

The Butter Chicken with Garlic Naan really hit the spot for me and I’d highly recommend it for dinner.
I stayed at the Cascade lodge for a week of snowboarding at Mt. Bachelor and after every return from the mountain I could smell the aromas of Anita’s kitchen in the air. I regret not trying a meal before my third day, but was very delighted when I did!

We stopped here just to see where it was for the next time we were in Bend. They dont open until 11am, but for some reason the truck was open, and he has a few items ready that he was willing to serve. So we of course took him up on the offer. We got:
Vegetable pakora, little fritters of spinach and diced vegetables bound together with chickpea batter and then fried, served with a tamarind chutney dipping sauce – delicious!
Butter chicken and plain basmati rice – super creamy, slightly spicy, fragrant as heck, flavor profile a mile high with the most tender chicken breast chunks – yummy!
Bhatura papri chaat – all you people that have never heard of this, ORDER IT!! This dish will change your life! soft pillows of lentil fritters covered in plain yogurt, garbanzo beans and small diced seasoned potato, crispy pieces of fried chickpea cracker (a lot like fried wonton skins), and then 3 different sauces on top of that. OMG.
Gulab jamun – tender milk dough balls lightly fried then soaked in spiced heavy syrup. A staple dessert for Indian cuisine, and my favorite served warm. (besides rasmalai)
My wife and I can’t wait to go back when the menu is fully open – we are going to order up!

Wonderful food and customer service. Loved the butter chicken and saag. Can’t wait to eventually order everything else on the menu. The pea rice dish was very interesting and I highly recommend it too.

Wonderful! Great flavor and they accommodated our request to have paneer tikka masala instead of chicken! The garlic naan is mouth watering good! Butter chicken had a little more spice than I usually like but great flavor and tender chicken!
Panner parantha was fantastic!
Even the chutney with the papadun was great!
Had both my parents try a bite (had to be greedy! Haha) and they also loved it!
Will definitely go back for more! Hope they continue to expand their menu and maybe hopefully have a sit down restaurant! We’d definitely go!

Paid $16.00 for a tiny container of butter chicken, I was willing to pay that price if it was worth it, but it was just super salty and did not even taste like authentic butter chicken, the naan was good but also tiny, not eating here ever again

Today was the first time I tried this place. I must say the food is absolutely amazing. I had the butter chicken with jasmine rice and the garlic butter naan bread. It’s was delish. I meant to take pictures but it smelled so good, I just had to eat it. Lol. It’s really good and it’ll be a place I go to often for sure. Highly recommend.

Probably one of the best-kept secrets in Bend. This place makes all the trendy restaurants in Century West Bend look like amateurs. The samosas were absolutely perfect, balanced in flavor and texture. The butter chicken curry was unbelievably delicious, and all the sides accompanied it so well. The kheer has just the right amount of cardamom to not be overpowering, but instead fragrant and refreshing. Everything is made by someone who clearly cares about good-tasting food! My only regret is not finding Anita’s Kitchen sooner.

We were quite surprised and excited to find Indian food truck in Bend Yeyyy! Tried Veg Kofta, Chicken Tandoor and Gobi Paratha. They were comforting, home made style. Good luck!
