Came here with some friends to celebrate a birthday and it was really good. The food was great and it was not too loud which was great. Prices are reasonable for the United States.
I had the shrimp tacos and they were excellent with great flavours and texture.
As I am not American, I was confused by the sheer amount of chips with all the meals. I would advise reducing the amount of chips with each meal.
Overall I had a great dining experience here and look forward to returning here soon.

Popped in for late evening meals: got fish&chips the first night and brussels sprouts and frangipane dessert – the following night. The menu is pretty diverse. Lots of VA beer on tap, great cocktail menu and lots of bourbon! Leo is a fantastic bartender, hospitable, professional and very welcoming.

This is exactly what you expect from a hotel bar. You want cheaper food go offsite. If you want some delicious jalapeño chutney order the falafel. (Pro tip substitute the chips for truffle fries.

Place in inside double tree. Was difficult to locate. Ordered pasta which was bland. Got the same comments from a colleague about their burger. Hummus also wasn’t the greatest. I wanted to order truffle fries based on the recommendations but it seems like they weren’t on the menu

It is one of those places not everyone knows about. Great Irish bar with good selection of beer and drinks. All the bartenders are good but if you get Michael, you will have a great experience. Best place to go to on a cloudy day or to watch games. Enjoy…

Nice lobby, very clean environment overall. Very centrally located to many restaurants and shopping malls. Dedicated underground parking. Good fitness center. My room had a bit of a strange odor but colleagues did not have the same experience.

I came here recently while visiting with a friend, and had a wonderful and relaxing afternoon on the patio. We were helped by Tyler, who was absolutely fantastic. He had great beer recommendations for the both of us, who have wildly different tastes, was incredibly helpful and personable, funny, and all around was an absolute delight.

Loved this cute place! We got the old bay and garlic Parmesan wings. For the entrees we got fish and chips and the blackened salmon. The entrees were on point! The old bay wings were good. The garlic wings were okay. We would definitely go back to try other foods!

Tyson’s Social Tavern is a hidden gem, tucked away in the lower level of the Doubletree. The food is quite delicious, from bar snacks to full entrees. Their selection of local beers is worth a return trip to try them all. The barman, Jon, is very knowledgeable about his array of whiskeys and liquor.
