I have been by this subway several times, sometimes twice a week. The staff have been nothing, but friendly to me, and my experience with this establishment has been good. They seem to know there job, and everything is neat, and orderly, and they completed my order with haste, so no complaints here.

Rude employees trying to see what I wanted and a employee kept saying what I wanted and after three attempts to look at the menu every time I said give me a minute my tone of voice got louder and after the fourth time she got mad and walked away to the back and when I was ready to order no one came to take my order. My girlfriend had a mobile order they did not toast her sandwich which required toasting due to her sandwich having certain ingredients.
They did not toast it and proceeded to say upon entry that it’s not their fault it’s the application error.
Obviously the sandwich needed to be toasted due to the fact it has pepperoni and salami as one of the meats of choice. Also one of the employee’s has a belligerent attitude issue she is very condescending.
Furthermore another gentleman came in with his kid and only ordered a 6 inch sub with two drinks which totaled up to be 16.00$. Please get these ladies out of there they are being very unethical.

I have gone to the McComb Subway on Delaware at least once a week for breakfast over the past several years. It used to have FRIENDLY staff, was always clean and never out of literally everything Subway serves for its sandwiches. But in the last two months, I have been greeted with a VERY RUDE staff member who complains the ENTIRE time she is making my sandwich and either this Subway NEVER has food deliveries or the workers aren’t putting the food out!! Out of 4 different sandwiches I tried to get this morning, she said they were out of the majority of anything to be able to make the sandwich! I just told her to forget it!!! And left
I will not be going back until the owner of management gets their staff members attitudes adjusted AND actually stocks their food!!!
I am not one to complain about businesses but this is absolutely ridiculous!

I ordered online, my sandwich was thrown together. The sandwich girl lied about adding the extra meat to my sandwich. When I brought it to her attention she sloppily added the meat. After further inspection I noticed that they did not added the cheese. I went back to the restaurant and asked for my sandwich to be remade. The guy that was working was about to remake the sandwich but they didn’t have the meat. So, I requested a refund and was told that they couldn’t give me a refund because it was an online order. He then attempted to explain that the girl was new and didn’t know how the sandwich was supposed to be made. The excuse made the ordeal worst. There service is really bad. I had a bad experience in the past but I decided to give them another chance. Im totally disappointed. Needless to say, I left the sandwich there and tomorrow I’ll be calling the manager for a refund.

This place was disgustingly filfty. There was a toddler going up and down with all kinds of others up and down the isle laughing and playing around. The baby was in a diaper belonged to one of the employees. It had a snot nose as well. There were three other merchants trying to get sandwiches made all eye rolling and head shaking at one another. The drink station was a mess no lids no straws. Spillage all over. This was a Monday evening around 5. Also one of the employees started right in making her a sandwich before we were given our food. I can’t say anyone was rude but all unaware that they were working and serving the customers. I won’t return. Food was Terrible. Bread was over proofed and a mushy mess. They need help really bad.

Our sandwiches were fine. The fountain drink station was in need of replenishing. The Sprite was just soda water, there were no straws. We were away from the store before realizing that the Sprites were undrinkable. We basically gave Subway the money for the drinks without having drinks.

Got a small cup of soup which was ice cold and DISGUSTING! Girl put nearly no meat or veggies on my sandwich. I definitely will never go back to the Delaware subway. The one in Summit across from the Bud Light plant is SO much better!!!
