This is really the only spot I get food on campus. And I usually just get the nuggets since they’re easy to eat while studying. On a regular day, the nuggets always take long. But today, for whatever reason, the guy decided to give me the grilled ones. You’d think when someone just says nuggets, they mean the regular ones and not grilled. Goofy

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal. I knew something was off when the cashier poured my lemonade from a container that was shaped like a milk carton NOT from the fountain. Then when picking up my order I noticed my fries had been replaced with hash browns. When I confronted the staff all I was told was they were out fries so they had replaced them with hash browns ALL WITHOUT telling me. Lastly when I bit into the chicken sandwich it was clearly undercooked and stale. You would think that chick-fil-a would have great service but unfortunately this one is a rotten egg in a sea of golden chickens.

Today I waited 30 minutes for my food and took three seconds to look in the bag and noticed that forgot my fries and sauce. I paid over $16 for it and when I told him, he asked for a receipt. It’s my mistake that I threw it away and it wouldn’t have been a problem if all he said was that there was nothing they could do without a receipt. The issue is that he said “we remembered putting the fries in” basically accusing me of taking the fries out of the bag. The fact that this happened is infuriating. Not only did I pay for a meal and got only 2/3 of something I waited half an hour for but I was even accused of lying about not getting fries when I returned to the counter a split second after checking my bag. Tell me, how much time does it take to remove an entire carton of fries in front of other students before attempting to extort them of fries? I even offered to show my bank statement but they refused.

I asked for poweraid and I was told they didn’t have any poweraid available. I was quite dissapointed, until I looked to my left where the guy at the neighboring register was pouring poweraid for another customer. It seems the workers here are too lazy to walk 5 feet to the drink fountains. Sad!

Chick fil a always has great service and exceptional food for the speed, I was fortunate enough to have never had a bad experience at a chick fil a until I visited this one. It all started when me and my friend noticed that the lemonade was coming out of a carton, we were like ok, that’s a little odd but it’s fine as long as we get our food. When we received our food we noticed that our fries were replaced with hash browns. Immediately we went to the cashier to complain and they said they had ran out of fries so they replaced them, without a warning which is unacceptable and shows a negligence with the workers. This wasn’t my only issue with this location my chicken sandwich had UNDERCOOKED meat this was my last straw with this location I will never order from here again.

Food tastes like any other location. Staff is always pretty nice. There’s not always a full menu so it can be annoying to have to change your order last minute. There’s a lot of room to wait in line for ordering but the pickup area is always extremely crowded and it’s hard to hear your order being called. In the end though it’s a convenient place on a uni campus so it meets expectations.

Waited 40 minutes just for them to ask me to change my order so that I could get my food faster. Went along with their suggested changes and they still messed up my order even with their changes!! All in all, horrible experience. My order was a sandwich and nuggets and my friends who had ordered nuggets and sandwiches individually got theirs but I had to wait 30+ minutes!! Do not go unless you have 30-50 minutes to spare staring at the workers have casual conversation with each other.

My brother from another mother got finessed by this unruly establishment. I can’t believe I was there to witness such poor customer service. As a fast food employee myself, I can confidently say if that was to occur in my restaraunt, the workers would not last another day. To not inform a customer about the lack of resources ahead of time and serve him with RAW LEMONADE, makes me question how such a place has been ran for so long. I’m sure he’s not the only customer who’s had such an experience, and I am DAMN sure he won’t be the last. I hope this review opens the door for fellow customers like ourselves who have been wronged in an extreme manner.

Out of all the campus options, this is probably the best food available. The lines can become long when classes are let out so try to get there earlier to avoid the lines. They can be slow at putting out the food. While the food taste great, there is a limited variety available, consisting of nuggets, fries, spicy and normal sandwiches. Salads and fruit cups are also available. Since this is not an official Chick-fil-a, coupons and special offers don’t work here.
