A great taste of Japanese sushi in Medicine Hat. They have a variety of sushi. It is a little bit pricey but the portion is more than enough. They put more than 8 pieces which they mentioned in the menu. They do some renovation that’s why they only do take-out .

I went to go here for sushi and found out they only do to go orders. I ordered my food and went to pick it up shortly later. I ordered tuna and salmon sashimi. The salmon sashimi was delicious, but the tuna sashimi was inedible – it tasted and looked old. It did not have a good flavor, and was still half frozen. I never throw out food and I just couldn’t force myself to eat it and threw it out. Definitely a disappointment. Will never order from there again.

After being yelled at by the owner for ordering too much soy sauce and gyoza sauce I will no longer be giving support to this business. I have no problem being charged if you’re upset because you have to use an expensive plastic cup. I have been a loyal customer since it’s been open in Medicine Hat and ignored the bad stories about the owner of how she treats her customers and her giving me attitude here and there but that was the last straw. I was in disbelief in how she talked to me so rudely and just plain mean over sauces!! I know you don’t care if you lose a customer but that says a lot about you and the people who tried to show support.

I’ve used this sushi place before and always had a good experience, but today was very disappointing. I expected better quality. The sushi fell apart easily, and the rice seemed poorly cooked and low quality—not the kind of rice typically used for sushi. Won’t recommend!

I was only staying in town for one night, and was hoping for a sushi dinner. I found this place on maps, it was only a five or six minute drive for me. I ordered in advance and the lady was very kind on the phone. they are currently doing pick up/take out Service only.
Their salmon is excellent. Rice almost perfect. The BC roll was a little too crispy for my liking but it still tasted delicious and I ate the whole thing.
I really found a gem here! Highly recommend.

I’ve eaten a TON of sushi in my life, in numerous cities across Canada. After every first bite, I always think, “it’s not Sushi Miso.” This sushi restaurant has held that top spot going on 15 years, and I don’t expect it to change any time soon.

Went there on Saturate for a quick lunch before an event. The exterior and interior is a little dated, but don’t let that stop you. The lady that welcomed us super friendly and welcoming.
Their portions are large, and delicious! I shared the Love Dish with a friend and it more than enough for us.

Generous/delicious portions. Seriously the size of the fish pieces were like double what I have seen at other restaurants. Would have been 5 stars but we were disappointed that the sushi and sashimi combo no longer comes with miso soup. Additionally, the prices posted by the restaurant do not have accurate prices. Overall, I would absolutely recommend a visit, but the restaurant should update their google maps menu!
