Flip Out
If you travel through the Oklahoma Panhandle, you quickly realize that “No Man’s Land” doesn’t seem to have much at first glance. However, this is the second time we were impressed with great Mexican food in Guymon. We ordered the white queso and our Littles really loved it and it was good queso. Mrs. Flip Out ordered the Carne Tampiqueña to share with Littlest Flip Out. The tender meat had great flavor, and it was perfectly cooked. I had the Combo Plate 40. I quickly smothered the burrito with some of the queso that we ordered, which along with the taco and enchilada made a delicious meal. Little Flip Out enjoyed the kids taco and Littlest loved the enchilada and steak that Mrs. Flip Out shared. Overall, we truly enjoyed our meal and you should check out Taqueria La Hacienda if you’re traveling through Guymon.

It was a quiet business. I had a bit of a language barrier with my server but still understands wat you want. Steak didn’t have flavor but the amount of food is enough to fill you up.

Went here after we were hunting and we were starving. I had the pork tips in red sauce and it was very good. The rice was hard and probably old. The beans were beans. Service was really good. The atmosphere was great. This is a good place to eat after a long day of pheasant hunting. I would recommend going here.

It was a stab in the dark on where to grab a quick dinner while on the road, as we passed through Guymon. We saw a newly opened sign and went for it. This restaurant didn’t disappoint. The service was friendly and the dinner was flavorful. I had the La Chapala dinner, and the portions were quite generous for my take out order. Kiddo was less adventurous and stuck with a cheeseburger, but she also had race reviews on her choice.

If you’re looking for good authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go! The food was excellent and came to the table piping hot. The salsa was also very good. Our server was prompt and courteous. If you’re in Guymon, give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

First time here and it’s our last time. Had to wait for an hour for the food and it was cold when the waitress brought it. I had chicken fajitas, my husband had a taco enchilada plate the meat looked very suspicious had a reddish color to it did not look like real taco meat. Couldn’t tell what it tasted like. Since the Waitress never came back to check on us we paid for the cat food and walked out. What a waste of our time and money. And then it would be nice if the waitress understood and spoke English.

This place wasn’t very busy. There were 6 of us at a double table, and they brought us one small basket of chips with salsa in a squeeze bottle. I quess we were expected to share the chips among 4 grown men… the food was bland. The service was very unorganized. I was kinda stuck there because we came as a group but I just wanted to leave.
