I forgot my wallet at home and Joseph was a wonderful employee when I came back around with my wallet. He had my stuff all ready to go is all hot. The food was hot drinks or cold. and just a pleasant human being to deal with so Joseph was amazing. He also gave me a small discount even though it was my mistake and my fault so first time going to Caribou coffee definitely coming back because of Joseph.

Im not sure what changed but it seems with new hires….my items are lacking the proper ingredients 50% of the time. Recemtly the sandwiches are usually overcooked….coming out crunchy on both the chorizo and the ham and Swiss. Requested to be on thw the softer side and was told by thw employee…they have no control on how the product is cooked. I dont think ill be ordering anything that needs cooking until they can figure out why everything is overcooked. I love the products when prepared correctly. Very concerned on how this might effect my neighborhood favorite coffee place.

Got an iced coffee and I swear it was like I ordered ice with a side of drink. 6 dollars for ice. Over the past few months I’ve noticed the increase of ice portions per drink. Also, the cappuccino tasted “burnt”. Please just less ice we work hard for our money

Great staff, great service. They know me and my order. If it isn’t brewed, they are happy to bring it to me. It’s always a pleasure walking in there. I took a suggestion from the manager for something different one day and it was outstanding.

First time here at the new location. I have been to Caribou Coffees before, but mainly in Minneapolis. I liked the inside lay out. Different areas for seating, and a well defined area for ordering. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I was interested in a special London Fog Latte. They did their best, but don’t have Lavender Syrup. The drink could have used more foam (which I asked for), and was just “okay”.
We sat outside on the patio. Unfortunately, it’s pretty close to Capitol Drive which was busy and noisy.
There are plenty of other coffee shop choices that are better than this one.

One of my favorite coffee shops, the drive thru staff here are so pleasant and welcoming. I don’t care for their food it tastes frozen microwavable, but the coffee/energy spritzers are great.

Ordered the coffee and breakfast sandwich combo. Got an iced crafted press with mocha and caramel which you get charged for each flavor 50 cents? Any other coffee shop allows at least 2 free favorings included. My coffee was literally mostly a cup of ice. I finished it in about 4-5 sips.. sadly but no joke that’s how over the top the ice was. I got the lumberjack sandwich and it seemed poorly put together and greasy and did not fit the quality I would expect for the prices they charge. I also ordered a lemon loaf for my boyfriend and requested it be warmed up and they did not even follow instructions, it was not even busy, no one inside or outside . I could get better food/drink/service for cheaper at Dunkin for $6. I doubt I’d return for the quality and prices they charge.
