This subway will not honor subway rewards points or deals. The Manager/Owner stated that they have no control over it. This is not true, the franchise does control this. They just do not want to lose money giving customers rewards points and deals.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. My husband walked in at 8:00 and was told that they were closing and that he “couldn’t make him a sandwich” when it infact says on their website, ON THEIR DOOR and everywhere else that they don’t close till 9:00. I then called over 15 times and every single time no one talked to me just answered and hung up. There is still 10 mins now till they close. I will be calling again tomorrow and asking for the manger. This is very unprofessional.

Went to pick up my online order. I used the drink fountain to fill my cup and this little bug dude came out and went into my soda. This honestly ruined my experience and made me feel icky eating my sandwich.

The staff was super friendly and made our sandwiches really fast. Also when I had any questions about prices they where more then willing to help me figure out what would be the best option for me. This restaurant is well maintained and extremely clean.

Got the most basic sandwich. I footlong with a meager amount of turkey and bacon, no extra toppings. Cost me $15!!! I thought footlong were supposed to be $7 or 8 now?? That’s INSANE for a cheap quality sandwich by itself. Never eating Subway again. I can go buy a pound of Boar’s head meat and a bag of rolls for that price. Yeesh.

I didn’t want to give it a star at all,but couldn’t write a post if you didn’t. This is the second time this happened. I am here at 8:20, the door and website say they close at 9. I walk in and the girl says we’re closed. She says the hours on the door and website are wrong that we close at 8:30. I’m sitting out front as I write this and she and another girl are inside laughing. From here I will write a comment to the company itself. The last time this happened I spoken to a manager and they said they are supposed to work those hours and he thanked me for letting him know.

Started coming back now that roast beef is back (and supposed to be BETTER quality, and their increases prices support)…. Honestly I like the previous roast beef better, not to say the new stuff is “bad”.
But these upgrades came with a significant INCREASE to prices! Now… I can get a foot long RB sandwich at Jersey Mike’s for like 4$ LESS than Subway!? With far better quality of ingredients… I still go to Subway due to the location convenience, but their prices are going to start causing prob for their business.

This location seems to have higher prices than other locations that I’ve been to. They tend to charge more for literally everything.
It was disappointing to see a $31 receipt for two foot long sandwiches one with extra meat… And no neither were one of their specialty sandwiches. $31 for two sandwiches is absolutely insane. I get this isn’t 20 years ago where we had $5 foot longs, however the pricing is astronomical given what you get. They skimp out on the food you’re supposed to get. I’ve actually worked at more than one Subway location, so I am aware of what a customer is supposed to get on each sandwich… Let’s just say customers aren’t getting what they pay for.
They tend to only have one person working at a time, that’s when they actually have somebody working at all. I’ve gone there twice in the past week and a half during their hours of operation and have found no employee working and the location just overall closed.
They really need to step up their game, this is crazy that they are allowed to carry the Subway name and not hold up to the standards that Subway has.
