The closing team was so nice!!! We got there right before closing and they were still happy to help us. We definitely will return to this location. 🙂

My favorite place! Healthy food, steamed. Good portion size. I like they have a vegetarian option that was actually good.

Unfortunately from being my go to WaBa will NOT be coming back here again.
My fiancée and I were coming here to eat yesterday. We like to order online (for our American Express credits) and dine in so our food is warm. I rush in to go to the bathroom because it’s an emergency and notice the bathroom is locked. I go ask the employee and he says “no because it’s policy I have to buy something first. And apparently I had ignored him when walking in.” I had no idea I had to make a public announcement that I was going to use the bathroom. My fiancee gets upset because he knows how much I had to use the restroom. So we shrug and decide we want to take our money elsewhere and not buy food here anymore because the employee was rude. He goes on a rant about how people say they are going to buy something but they don’t and use the restroom. I was quick to notice he ASSUMED we were not going to buy food and after trying to explain why we order online (for our deals) he still didn’t get it. The employee starts to say people dirty the bathrooms and they have to clean up, which makes me feel he was discriminating how they pick and choose who has access to their restrooms. Bathroom sign says “for customers only.” And I as a loyal customer felt betrayed to have been denied the bathroom in an emergency. If employees are going to be rude I think they should not have public bathrooms available if they want to discriminate which customers they let into the bathrooms. (So if I want to order online does that not make me a customer?) Even though the employee was rude, I’m more annoyed of management for this issue. These policies are turning loyal customers away and employees explaining bathroom vandalism is irrelevant. Let me use the bathroom and wash my hands before I want to order and eat my food! I won’t be coming back again, and yesterday’s situation sucked because we had drove out of our way to come here. We ended up going to Main Express next door to eat because of the rude employee, and we had a way better customer experience there. Waba employee expressed he did not care about us not coming back, so you bet I won’t be coming back. Poor customer service will never make me want to come back again.

Very Bad Customer Service I just bought a chicken bowl. They never asked me if I wanted teriyaki sauce on it . I’m very mad because is not the first time I came to this place and I always buy the same plate for my dad who’s a senior with diabetes. I asked for a chicken bowl not teriyaki bowl. I won’t give them any star but there is no other choice . That’s why this place is always empty !

This is a nice quiet place. I come here to enjoy their grilled meat dishes which are supposed to be lean and healthy but without all the extra sauce. Prices are reasonable, place is clean, and sadly I have never seen it packed. I hope it is just my timing because it would be sad to see it go. It is a good fastfood healthy eating place.

I walked in at their Baldwin Park location at 9:25pm doors were opened, business hours online says closes at 10pm but their business hours posted on window says 9pm. The young black girl wearing glasses was very rude as I had just opened the door, shouted “closed twice” as i was trying to speak, but the doors were unlocked. That is not safe protocols for thier employees and/or a business. False advertising hours, unprofessional & very rude. I will not be coming to this location again.
