We went to the Rocket twice within two weeks. Once on Black Friday to go bowling with a couple friends and then two Sundays later we ordered pizza for takeout. It was our first two times eating there. The food was amazing and is now our favorite pizza in Reese, however both times the service was terrible. Black Friday we tried to be understanding because it was a holiday weekend and there was only one person working (and it looked like there was a birthday party in the bowling area). We got the wrong pizza and had to wait a long time for refills and sort of fend for ourselves while bowling but it all worked out and we tried to shake it off. So we decided takeout would be better the next time. Food was great, but we got 2 pizzas and cheese bread and our total was $63. I did the math when my husband brought it home and we were over charged by $22. If it had been a couple of dollars I would’ve shaken it off. We went back and they did correct it which we appreciated. It’s just frustrating because the food is amazing but two bad experiences within two weeks makes us not want to go back.

Now this place is fantastic. I’ve never had better service in my life. Ask for Mark to be your server! We were joking around about having the same first name. He is hilarious and is just fun to be around! The pizza is to die for. A pizza that feeds a family of 4 for a great price is my kind of pizza. I will most definitely be going back!

This place is spectacular. The pizza is really good, especially paired with a pitcher of easy drinking Busch Lite (don’t judge, it was on special). But the real gem is the 1943 bowling alley that is attached to the bar. You literally expect to hear Roosevelt on a radio. They do a good job with groups, we’ve had a couple of birthday parties there in the bowling alley side.
