Gave this place 5 stars 2 weeks ago. Today they dropped the ball or better yet the pizza all the toppings we’re on the side of the box. I called to tell them about it, her reply was we can give you credit or you can pick one up. The reason I paid for delivery was because it’s Sunday & wasn’t going anywhere. After a brief hold she said they would make a new one & have it delivered. Then I go to bite into my wings that I specifically said cook them twice & of course they dropped the ball on that as well. I then go to bite into my steak sub & had to take to bites to get to the steak, almost as if they ran out of steak and just spread a thin layer over the bread. Whoever was the cook today definitely needs training from the cook 2 weeks ago. No way in hell was the same cook. Extremely dissatisfied. Threw my money away Will be trying a different location next time. Maybe lake ave instead.

Terrible i started ordering here after lake ave location started to get bad thinking maybe it would be better but no its worse. Ordered a large pizza half cup and char pepperoni half mushroom it came square cut and they added onions which none of what i asked for so I called and they said next time a large free on them, so I ordered today my so called free pizza but no they charged me tax and the delivery fee which totaled 10 bucks plus tip $15 and this time they got it right but the pizza was not even Luke warm does the owner of this location not even care???? Save your $$$ and pick somewhere else. Got home with pizza thats barely cooked. Cheese not melted,Still has cheese shreds on top. Raw pepperoni. Worst part is… it was also ordered well done. Called to let them know. They couldn’t have cared less. Pretty much a “ i got your $$$ already attitude” i told them i would no longer be ordering their pizza if this is a well done pie… her reply. “ you’re welcome”

I ordered a pizza, pretzels, pizza fries and a burger. The burger was over cooked and dry and was on a sub roll. The pretzels came smothered in cheese with a side of honey mustard and the pizza fries were soggy. Over 2/5 experience

Awesome pizza by the slice. I always get the pepperoni and Sausage slice because my dog loves the meats and the cheese. I get whats leftover, but thats ok because Gator loves Salvatore slices the People who work there are all very friendly

Ordered pizza and wings, after waiting an hour and 5 mins for it to be delivered (I live a mile away only ordered delivery due to harsh weather) and when I finally received my food the wings were cold and soggy as well as the pizza not tasting remotely fresh or appetizing. Not worth the money.

Yesterday they delivered an un edible pizza. As you can see the pizza was not properly cooked, therefore showing the cheese not fully emerged into the pizza. Which tells me they rushed the process. Now if that was the only mistake of the night, I would not complain. But I also had to encounter a super rude, unprofessional worker ( blonde hair blue eyes ) , onto of everything. She has no customer service skills, no empathy skills, and does not.know how to read a customer and properly handle them. She can care less. PS: if a customer tips you over 5$ the least you can do is reply back with ” hi I’m ok how are you ” after saying hi to the driver and got no response, just a here you go and walked off

Call to place an order over the phone for my crew members off the bat. The dude was the rude young one. I don’t even know his name. I went to pick it up, and I was on my phone, but I wasn’t talking on the phone type deal as I was there to pick the food up.. He gave me the total, I gave him the cash, and he tossed the pizza on the counter. I told him I needed plates and nakins, and he did the same thing to them.. I work in customer service, and I know when a person is being rude, so I told him he was rude . I walked out, and he walked out with me and asked me what happened, I said to him bro your rude as hell, you got no manners.”” He kept asking what happened. I said you need to know how to talk to people. Before I could even reach back to my job, the dude called, making a complaint about me being rude how ironic that is. Anyways, I would never order anything from this place again.

We are frequent customers at the latta Road location and we usually come in Wednesdays or Thursdays to do the calzone or sub deals for the $10 daily deal. Upon getting home and eating my chicken finger sub I go to take my first bite and end up biting right into a bone the size of a side of blue cheese & broke my tooth. Immediately called the store for a refund and was given a refund but I am very disappointed and grossed out . This will be the last time I order food from here sadly.
