Loved the mom and pop feel. Im in ellensburg every weekend so I always try different restaurant while im here. This is hands down the best pizza spot in town and I will change my review if that changes but I doubt it will.
Be warned ⚠️ there is a loud bell that the door hits when you open it to let the staff know when someone walks in. Scared the life out of me the first time I walked in XD

Not sure how this place has any good reviews, Domino’s is 10x better flavor wise! The pizza seem like it was a really old pizza, it was ready “10 minutes” after we ordered which is a red flag because pizza definitely takes longer to make. Gave me and my husband the worst case of the runs ever and I’m not easily affected by food so this was a first for me and so disappointing. 0/10

Came here with my girlfriend for some lunch on her break, ordered a half cheese/half pepperoni pizza and some cheese bread. I’m new to Washington so I was expecting a pretty high price, but honestly it wasn’t much different from Ohio. Got the food in about 15 minutes, the guy at the counter was friendly and fun to chat with as well.
Brought the food home with moderate expectations, but honestly got blown away. This stuff blows things like Pizza Hut and Dominoes out of the water for sure, especially for it’s price point. The pie was fluffy and thick, toppings solid and sauce great! Absolutely tore apart a large with my girl and will absolutely come back again.
Totally recommend if you need good pizza in a bad economy <3

As a former Sacromentian, I can say this is hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had!!! The owners are wonderful. Very nice she makes her own candles that smell absolutely amazing! My husband bought a slice yesterday, we bought a whole pie today, and then my roommate bought the cheese bread and 2 pies!! You won’t be disappointed, give them a try.

Seriously, the best pizza! We live out of town and whenever we visit family here, we have to get Dirk’s pizza and berry dessert.
We have been coming here for more than a few years and each time we are wonderfully surprised at how delicious it is.
The Lily Pad is one of our all-time favorites. Truly one of the best flavor combination out there. Even my niece who is not a pizza fan, loves this pizza!
The owner is so nice and welcomes you as if you were a friend. The atmosphere is meh, but you come for the pizza, right?
Highly recommend Dirk’s. Just be ready to eat a lot of pizza. No, really.

I come in probably every other week to get a 2.50 slice at lunch time! The owner is always friendly and you can taste the difference and care he puts into it. 100% recommend, one of my top five pizza places ever. Bike parking right in front, perfect for a quick stop while doing errands.
