Half of my sandwich had nothing on it, I ordered extra pickles on the side for both sandwiches, I got none. My wifes sandwich was supposed to have no onions, it had extra onions! Even showed my firefighter ID to get a discount. I guess the discount takes away the pickles an any meat reguired to fully cover the sandwich, and adds extra onions in the place of no onions! My mac and cheese had unmelted sheded cheese covering the bottom of the whole bowl. SMDH Firehouse Subs! Not to mention, the tables weren’t clean. I might understand if it was peak busines time but it wasn’t. It was 230 on a Saturday afternoon, one couple eating and only two other gentlemen that ordered right before me there were 3 employees. I drove home 45 minutes to discover the disappointment. Do better!

My elderly mother went there and ordered a sub and told them yesterday no tomato she gets to my house and the sandwich is just meat and bread. She calls no one answers. I call and again no answer. So my mom goes home and calls again and finally talks to the manager. She’s rude and just yells have a bless day and hangs up on her. So then I call. And the manager tells me that we did not call. I told her we did. She said that she needed my mom to drive all the way back to return the sandwich to get her money back. I said its late and raining she said thats the policy. I said I need the owners number. She gives it to me. I call and leave a message. No return call. I call again today and ITS A WRONG NUMBER. Wow. FIREHOUSE. This is how you treat people. I called back to the store and they told me to call back at 1 to talk to the rude manager again. Ridiculous.

Almost every firehouse I’ve been to is superb. It’s kinda like a certain chicken place that is pleasurable. The food is always good, their worst servers are better than most places best. For Firehouse, this one is okay.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Why would you leave the drive thru window open.
