21+ plus only bar/restaurant.
I went for dinner at around 7:30 on a Monday night. The bar area and seating were about 75% filled with travelers and small groups of 4 or 5. I was immediately seated, and my drink order taken within mere seconds of sitting down.
The service was friendly and prompt, the ambiance was dark, moody, almost like one would imagine a speak-easy; it would be a great place to eat a meal and spend a little time talking over libations.
I ordered the flame-grilled salmon, with potatoes and seasonal veggies. The portion was right for the price, the salmon was wonderfully seasoned, the potatoes were perfect, and the veggies had just the slightest bit of char.
All in all, I’m giving this a 5 star review because the food was quite good.
If I had to nitpick, I had trouble locating the entrance to the restaurant. It isn’t well-lit, and it isn’t a standalone, its connected to the adjacent hotel. I thought i might have been reaching a hotel entrance at first. Another VERY mild nitpick was the cooking of the salmon. My portion was ever-so-slightly overdone, but only just so. Otherwise, aside from these petty nuances, my dining experience was overwhelmingly positive.

The food is alright apparently the best in town. I am from out of town and I really came for the drinks the food was a plus. So eas LINDA THE BARTENDER. I came for the margaritas! strawberry Cheesecake with tequila

Absolutely delicious drinks if make right. Shout Out to LINDA she was the bartender. Make sure yall tip her $15+ she works hard to support her family in that industrial town.

Went in to celebrate Valentines day, and had an amazing experience. Great food, great service, beautiful restaurant! We ordered lamb, wagyu, tiramisu, and creme brulee. The drink here are always a hit!

Dabeno’s Bistro is a beautiful smaller restaurant with great atmosphere. It is a 21+ restaurant so no kids allowed. But love that atmosphere. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. The menu has a wide variety of very good good and drinks. Definitely recommend if your looking for adult time or even a nice date night.

Excellent food, helpful staff, nice relaxed ambiance, this is now my favorite restaurant in Williston! The ribeye is well marbled and was cooked perfectly, the asparagus was blanched just right and the potatoes have so much flavor! The Seafood pasta is also very well done with the clams, mussels, shrimp and the sauce was very tasty. Their dishes are also well- presented!

Attached to the Hawthorne Inn. This is a hidden GEM. The Wine list is the best in Williston & the food is even better! This restaurant compares to an upper scale restaurant you would go to in a bigger urban city. Service is impeccable, all the points checked off! The server “Chase” was very well versed on ALL the wines and explained the specials and entrées that make your mouth water! And let’s not forget the deserts! The crème brûlée is the best I have ever had!! This will be our go to whenever we are in Williston, ND. You may think I’m a little partial since my son is Chase… but when it comes to service, food, wine & the overall experience I am the worst critic…. My expectations are very high!
