I live in the area, looking for someplace different to eat, and saw Rendition on the map. I didn’t realize it was actually a hotel restaurant, but thought I’d try it anyway.
It was evening and with their lighting rather dark. More like a bar than a restaurant, yet quiet. There were lots of windows so it’s probably much more open in the day time. There was one spot with enough light to see the menu though.
I didn’t realize what a treat I was in for! They didn’t have everything available on the menu, but there were many other options I also wanted to try. I got the Brussels sprouts and they were wonderful with bacon and a sweet reduction! They were perfectly roasted with a little smoky char to the edges. I also got the fish and chips which were also well cooked, with a nice tartar sauce and specially seasoned fries. I couldn’t eat all 3 pieces, and the brussels could have made me a meal all on their own. All items reheated nicely in the toaster oven the next day.
The waitress was very attentive, but not overbearing. They didn’t have decaf coffee on hand, but went out of their way to get some from upstairs in the hotel. It was a smooth and tasty americano style, too.
The prices were very reasonable, surprisingly so for the quality of food. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

I stayed for four days at hotel interurbanTheir soup is absolutely amazing. I’ve had both clam chowder and Tomato basil, both have amazing And unique flavors. The chicken marsala is also very good as is their salmon. I’m looking forward to staying there again. This restaurant is far above what I expected. Will definitely go again

Food is excellent. We had the steak and potato bites, chicken tortilla soup, and hot honey chicken sandwich and were pleasantly surprised. All cooked perfectly, very tasty, and the portions were more than adequate. Our server was so attentive and nice with us the entire time. Highly recommended and if we’re ever in town again we will be coming back.

I spent 5 weeks for work at this hotel and ate at Rendition most of the evenings. Clean, relaxing ambiance, and amazing food. I tried almost everything on the menu. My top picks are the burnt end tacos and the quarter chicken with mac. So delicious!! Quick and friendly service. Christine and Rocio were so personable and sweet. Highly recommend.

Decided to try this relatively new restaurant, located in the new Interurban Hotel. Visited on a Thursday night at 7pm. The place was about half full, with trivia night going on. Dissapointed to find that two of the items we tried to order were not available. Service seemed a liitle slow but attentive when they did actually come by. Had the risotto and added bacon at the waiter’s suggestion. This turned out to be a good call, as I feel the dish otherwise would have been way to sweet. We also had the Asian chicken salad. Chicken was really really dry and the oranges in the salad were not very good and tasted like they were half a day away from turning bad. Craft cocktails were excellent. Overall, just a mediocre experience. The small menu, that they were already out of multiple items, and only ok food means I probably won’t go out of my way to return.

Really good food and customer service, everyone is really nice, we had breakfast there twice so far and it was delicious! I need to find out how they make the pancakes crunchy on the outside and so soft on the inside for every single bite, and the potatoes are seasoned so well that I will go there just for those alone. The breakfast sandwich was good albeit a bit heavy and the frittata was light and savory but good with some hot sauce. The Benedict was really good as well, also better with hot sauce imo but overall everything was delicious. I will be back for the pancakes, potatoes and service!

Amazing service!! The carne asada fries were absolutely memorable. I tried something new for dinner and ended up loving it! Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area or at the Hotel.
