If I could give zero stars I would. The experience I had was awful. The young lady didn’t know the menu, was constantly looking past me, and I had to repeat myself. Despite offering to pay extra (to even bring it up to the price of a CUSTOMIZABLE sub), I “wasn’t allowed” to customize my order. Tell me how it makes sense that everything that is on the menu has the listed ingredients, but the newest thing on the menu is not customizable, with no indication as to that being the case.

Horrible service. Brown lettuce soft tomatoes sliced really small red onions sliced so small almost looked chopped. Pepper Jack cheese absent red peppers. Lady behind the counter greeted me hello but she seemed very impatient. I don’t want my food prepared by someone with a negative spirit. My advice choose another location.

Foods not that great compared to other Subways.Staff is nice but they’re are usually only 2 people max working and it can take 15-20 min just to get a sub.So i won’t go on my Hour Lunch Break for thos reason.Not the working staffs fault.They work as fast as possible.Owner needs to maybe hire couple more employees to be more efficient.

The Best Subway I’ve ever eaten in. Everything was super fresh but the friendly attentive staff is what really made a difference. I ate in and they actually took the time to ask me if my sub was ok. If every Subway was run like this, I’d never eat anywhere else.

My mom & uncle was in line. My mom got food & paid for hers, they didn’t ask him if he wanted to order… I walked up & told them because he has trouble talking because of Parkinson’s disease… they made him go to the end of the line! Will not be back!

The workers here are very slow and when they cut the 12 inch sub in half for a 6 inch you either end up with an 8 or 4 inch sub. The way my sub was maid now I know why people call it a bread sandwich it was very skimpy. This subway is also located in the slum part of dundalk to so avoid if you can.I gave it 2 stars just to be nice
