I usually come to this Starbucks in the mornings because it’s the closest to my work. I have never had an issue until yesterday. Service was extremely slow, the barista at the bar greeted us without actually looking at us, and the way I received my spinach feta wrap was horrendous. I called to let them know about how I received my food item, and whomever I spoke with said they could give me another, but I didn’t want anything in return. Just maybe.. take care of your customers food?

This is unfortunately one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I honestly just stopped to use the restroom but of course it’s for paying customers only…and at 11:30 in the morning the bathroom was utterly disgusting. After an 18 minute wait…excuse me, an over 20 minute wait, when it was not that busy at all, one of the employees stated that someone else must have taken one of the breakfast sandwiches because it wasn’t there but and they claimed they made it. It was clear that they just forgot about us. Unprofessional beyond belief. No one was calling out the names loudly enough to hear. There must be an issue with management at this location.

This Starbucks is tucked into a little spot that blends with all of the other shops and restaurants in the area. The parking lot is typically busy so access isn’t always the best. The inside is a typical store though it seemed to be transitioning seasons when I visited so it was in a bit of disarray. The food is there than at Peets but the coffee is just average – though I’m talking about all Starbucks, not just this store.
If you can manage the parking lot, this store is a quick stop off the freeway.

You can not be mistaken when you go on Starbucks, and this one is amazing. The barrister lady also was working on a new cold drink and gave samples to everyone present and collected their opinion. Gives you a good feeling of participation

This Starbucks location receives more online orders than in person usually- service, as in most in the industry, depends on who you get. The day I was there, the store manager served us. She was absolutely lovely! Lovely! Received our drinks and under 4 minutes, and they were well made. Parking is typically tight, Wi-Fi is good (recommend nordvpn or similar of course), and both the interior and exterior are kept clean. This location is extremely impacted by the 680 on-ramp traffic! If you’re able, I highly recommend approaching from the East or South. Cheers!!

Great location just off of highway 680. Meet customers for a cuppa coffee or to grab a drink before taking a trip to location has a little bit of seating indoors a little bit outdoors. It is a nice location. Parking can be a challenge at times because there is a gym next-door overall is good service and the favorite Starbucks drinks that you like

1:46 pm – 5 employees working and ignoring customers. No greeting when Customers walked into the store. The line was 3 deep and it took at least 10 minutes before an employee asked if they could help the first person on line. Pathetic service!
