Pho Hiho delivers a bowl of pho that genuinely surprises you with how clean, comforting, and well-balanced it is. The moment the steam rises from the broth, you can tell this place takes its time, the aroma hits you before the flavor even does.
What really stood out for me is the veggie broth option. A lot of spots treat it like an afterthought, but here? It’s light, flavorful, and honestly tastes even better than some meat-based broths I’ve had elsewhere. If you don’t eat beef, especially for my fellow Hindus who stay away from it, this spot has you covered without compromising taste or experience.
The herbs were fresh, the bean sprouts crisp, and the noodles held their texture perfectly. Add the natural lighting from the window and the calm atmosphere, and it becomes the kind of pho stop you end up coming back to without thinking twice.
Pho Hiho respects its craft, simple, honest ingredients executed well. And if you’re looking for a place where you can enjoy pho while honoring your dietary choices, this is the go-to.

Honestly, this is the first time trying this restaurant and I will say that the only reason I ate every last bit of it is because I was starving. Every Vietnamese restaurant I have been to that serves the Vietnamese sandwiches they taste like they actually care about their food. I didn’t know it was possible to have such a rough, dry, and tasteless sandwich. It was also over priced compared to other restaurants.

Absolutely favorite place to get beef Pho or rice vermicelli with extra sausage .. so freaking good. Great bubble tea, I usually get the Honey Dew Melon, and the Shrimp fried rice is to die for… perfectly cooked rice and delicious shrimp… matter of fact I think I need to go back there again 😀 made myself hungry talking about it 😀

The shredded chicken in the pho ga beats 90% of contenders who give you chunks of overcooked chook!

Parking lot, clean restaurant, nice waitress, quick quality food (Vietnamese and Thai dishes). Really appreciated how clean, no residue on table as some restaurants can have. I had a really good seafood combo soup. Enjoyed the strawberry bubble tea as well. My new go to place for pho.

Got the chicken banh mi. It was different than what I was used to. It didn’t have daikon and instead it had tomato slices which was odd to me. The meat was just ok. It was tender but slightly dry.

I used to come here 5-10 years ago before moving up north. They’ve since renovated (I’m probably way behind) and the food is better than ever. #38 charbroiled chicken and egg roll over rice is probably the best I’ve ever had. Fresh Thai basil, cilantro, fried shallots and the classic pickled veg on the side, sauce was on point, chicken was perfect. Awesome restaurant

Honestly like 90% noodles 10% meat & the broth’s v bland. I was starving so it sufficed for a meal. I had to sit myself, if not woulda been waiting up front by the “please wait to be seated sign” for who knows how much longer.

Small quiet restaurant in a plaza. Has lots of parking. The pho hit the spot. Broth was really good to the point it was soothing my sore throat and almost finish it all first. My husband got their vermicelli bowl and it was big. Service was fast. It looked like the daughter took our order and the mom cooked the food. I would come back here.

Very good for Georgetown! They use Chinese 5 spice, which is a little sweeter than I’m used to, but still tasty! FOLLOW ME for the best recommendations as I travel the world!
