Carbondale papa John’s has went down they are lazy and slacking. My pizzas were all crust no coverage of cheese and topping’s. When confronted to the manager. I was blown off and told it’s normal. Well it’s not!

Paid for delivery with order. Delivery was wrong, told to keep it and if we wanted our order to call the store. Called and manager was rude and told we had to come pick it up and said he had to go, as they were busy. WE delivered the incorrect order to the correct person and had to go pick up our order. Placed a complaint utilizing form online and 5 days later, no one reached out and have called corporate asking for their assistance. Even they can’t get this location to respond or address their rudeness/situation.

Ordered every topping, minus pepperoncini, to be on the entire pizza, but pepperoncini on HALF, not just pepperoncini ONLY on half, so that was a letdown. Pizza was dry, didn’t see hardly any sauce in it.

Since new management took over, everything is flawless. Orders always on time, don’t have to check and open boxes as everything is always correct, and staff are friendly in getting orders out.
If anyone had issues in the past with Carbondale Papa John’s, give them another try. They’re doing awesome.
