Have been very disappointed with the choice of restaurants in town, since Davoni’s closed. My physical therapist told me about Tapps, and how amazing their steak are, since the remodel. My husband and I went on February 24th, and it was amazing! The steaks were cooked to perfection and so good. Their drinks are the best I’ve had in town. We found our new favorite restaurant. Our server, Pash, was very attentive, without being overbearing. We will definitely be back

The greeter was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Most of our food was disappointing. We really liked the spinach and artichoke balls and the French fries. The creme’ brulee is an absolute must have! The brisket in the brisket and cheese wraps were great, but there wasn’t much of it and I wanted more of that inside the wrap. Our server was argumentative when we mentioned one of the items we received wasn’t what we ordered and insisted that it was. We were charged for the item we didn’t receive and she never asked us if we needed refills on our drinks and only asked us about our food once even though we were there for two hours. We waited a long time for our food too.

Val is the best bartender. He takes pride in his drinks and it shows. Steaks were superb and our waiter (older gentleman) was not attentive and seemed overwhelmed, but the younger guy that waited on us later for drinks was absolutely great and made up for it. This was a very nice surprise for a hotel restaurant and lounge. Would highly recommend it and will definitely go back whenever we are in Jamestown.

Nichole was hands down one of the best servers/bartenders we’ve ever had. She gave awesome recommendations. We ended up loving the escargot appetizer and the brisket sandwich enough to leave a review. I was really impressed that the head chef actually came around to the tables to check on people. Everything was spot on. 5/5 stars can’t wait come back for our next outing!

If you’re looking for a great steak dinner, come get their ribeye! Locally sourced, dry aged, fantastic flavor, and a great cook. I’ve been twice since it went under new management and would say confidently, this is probably the best steak in ND let alone Jamestown. Don’t sleep on this place!
A fairly unique menu with the familiar favorites, but with a twist. My wife had the beer cheese burger and it was fantastic as well! Service was fantastic with a very attentive young man who was also very knowledgeable and great with his recommendations.
I’ve eaten at fancy steak houses and big name chef restaurants all around the country and can honestly say, this place is easily top three if not number one! Prices are fair for what you are getting, seeing how some steakhouses wouldn’t mind charging $50-60+ for the same 16oz ribeye.
If you’re in Jamestown, do yourself a solid and give this place a try!

Normally sit at the bar top and Val is definitely a hands down kind of guy that knows what he’s making for drinks. Love watching him make all the drinks. The smell of the smoked drinks!! Delicious! Paish(sp) he is exceptional at his job serving.

Pash was the best server I ever had! Excellent service, atmosphere, and food! 10 out of 10 recommend! Great staff, cozy vibes, delicious food! We had an apple bomb from the bar and street tacos and wings from the kitchen! Food is bussin and drinks are smackin!
