Stopped here after a bike ride and it was perfect! The owner was super nice and was able to accommodate my request of swapping shrimp for chicken in my wrap. Food was tasty and it was relaxing to eat at the tables under the trees. There was also a cute, friendly kitty. Would definitely recommend!

We were lucky enough to be in Fossil for this grand opening. The food was amazing and the truck looked great. Tucker, the owner and head chef, has created a fun menu with lots of hidden gems. His special sauces really kick a burger or wrap up a notch. Cant wait to go back!

I ate here on 6/2/2025 after pulling in late to stay at the hotel. It was the only good choice in Fossil at the time. I had the Mushroom Swiss burger. It was great. This is a good truck in the parking lot behind the Fossil Motel. The seating is picnic tables.
