Went to get a Tortilla order by phone when I got home I open the tortilla and this is how it looks had to take away the avocado because it was bad. I called they didn’t t know what to do wanted to speak with the manager I was told she was not the what a bad experience.

I’ve been coming here for years and this places has just gone downhill. This is by far the most disappointing the pan con bistec has been. I don’t understand why shredded cheddar cheese was used and why it wasn’t melted. It doesn’t even look good. This sandwich cost almost $15 and was cold and disgusting.

We got 4 Ropa Vieja(shredded beef) empanadas, a ham & cheese croissant sandwich, pastelitos de coco, 2 large café con leches. It was $28
I love that they make the empanadas on the spot so they’re hot & delicious once ready. It’s super fast I’ve never spent more than 15mins waiting and that’s on a busy day. The ladies there are super friendly & hard working! We love the different food they serve and also sweet tooth options, yum.

Very cute spanish store. The owners are very nice and do their best to make you happy. What can you find? Mmm, a little bit of everything. I think the reason why customers go there is because of their delicious and fresh French bread. They all make a big line to get them fresh!!! They are constantly baking. That’s how fast they sell. I will recommend that you try their pernil (pork). I usually order that for Christmas, super delicious!

They need to learn at least, a little English at this place. I went in there and ordered a REGULAR Pan con Bisteak and a Medianoche sandwich. They added ham & cheese to the Bisteak, which normally is NOT on a REGULAR Bisteak. So I tried my best to explain to only put potatoe sticks, tomatoes, and add jalapeños, and that’s it. This time for some unknown reason they added avocados to it. Avocados, on a regular Bisteak sandwich, really??? Then when they made the Medianoche,

I was upset to find out when I got home that thry did not put pork in the sandwich, which is standard on any Medianoche sandwich. Also, they did not press it, nor did they cut it in half. I use to go to this place all the time, and it use to be great. It’s not so great anymore. I was deeply disappointed.

If I could award this place 0 starts I would. To begin with, the staff is friendly until you get to the owners wife who thinks she can treat customers like a roach on the wall. DO NOT expect good customer service! The food is bland and not worth the money you paid for. If you want real authentic Cuban food do not come here as you will not get it.
