Two times in a row their wake up wrap is hard as a rock and inedible. This used to be such a great place but it seems like recently nobody cares what they serve. I know they would never have eaten those themselves.

Worse Dunkin’s ever six months ago they were awesome with how diverse they were had some Spanish speaking/ English everything. Now every single day, it’s all Spanish-speaking employees who don’t understand half of the English guests that are coming in every single day to order their coffees overcharging me every single day because they don’t understand what I’m actually ordering. They need to get retrained somehow someway.

My husband and I stopped here for breakfast we got sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, a hot coffee and an iced coffee. Our sandwiches were hot and tasty, our coffees were made perfectly, my coffee order is a little unusual and it was made to perfection. The service was fast and the staff very professional. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. We had an amazing experience!

I work right down the street, so I would usually stop here in the mornings on my way to work. I stopped for a while because I drink black coffee, & every morning I would get coffee & have to throw it away & get coffee at the gas station because it was so bitter. I tried giving it a second chance. I went here this morning & ordered a sausage, egg, & cheese with no bread. I understand it’s not that common, but I’ve ordered it at other Dunkins with no issue. The woman taking my order did not understand what I wanted, & had to have her co worker translate it for her so she could ring me up. Then, she translated it to the woman making the food. They handed me a sausage & cheese wake up wrap, with no egg. I explained to them that I wanted the egg, just no bread or wrap. Then they handed me a box with a piece of sausage & a piece of cheese in it. Again, no egg. After 3 attempts at making this, they finally handed me what I ordered. They didn’t give me my coffee & I left in a rush, 15 minutes late for work. My sandwich order turned into a bad game of telephone between a bunch of people who couldn’t understand me, or each other. I STILL ended up having to stop for coffee at the gas station because they didn’t even give me my coffee & it took them 3 attempts to make my sandwich. I will never come here again. Thanks for making me late.

Just a quick heads up – we placed an order today and when we arrived home found what appears to be a piece of wood inside the blueberry doughnut (after we took a bite…). We’ve never had issues at this location but I just wanted to let ppl know in case they’re going today! We tried contacting the location in case it was one bad batch, but we’re only able to leave a voicemail. Just a heads up, since we don’t want anyone else accidentally ingesting something like this

They have about 10 people working here not a single person helping the long line in the store yet u can hear them taking order from the drive threw. The manager in blue was very rude and not helpful very dismissive not professional. I will never come back here smfh

This was a terrible experience. First, I ordered a cold brew with pumpkin and it came with 3 equal??? I don’t even know what that is. And secondly, I ask for a bagel with sausage and they add egg and cheese. When I ask them to remove the egg and cheese they slam it on the table. Terrible experienxce
