My husband loved the crust. I got the chicken pizza. It wasn’t good. I really wanted to like it. The employees don’t even smile. The decor is very dated and I encourage you all to paint, clean, and organize.

We spent roughly $50 getting a variety of items. I got an order of chicken alfredo, my boyfriend got an order of wings, crispy chicken mac and cheese, and a sub. And to say that was possibly the worst meal we ever had was an understatement.
The pasta tasted like the sauce came straight out of a jar and was very watered down. It had NO FLAVOR. I opened the box, stirred the pasta around, and after seeing how watery the sauce was, I closed the box, and didn’t even eat it.
His mac and cheese, while his sauce was thicker and not as watery as mine was, it didn’t even taste cheesy! I don’t know if it was powdered cheese or what that they used to make that sauce. But I knew it had to be bad when he bit into it, made a face, and then I tasted it. And it had to be the blandest mac and cheese I’ve ever tasted.
The sub was so/so.
The only good thing we had were the bone-in wings.
I want to say that we are not picky eaters. Its really hard to displease us. This was just so bad my boyfriend felt compelled to call the store, and I felt the need to post a review in the hopes of giving advice to others in the neighborhood. We threw all of the food (except the wings) in the trash, and ended up ordering again elsewhere. I just wish we had got a refund so I didn’t feel so bitter about flushing $50 down the toilet.
I will say I’ve had decent pizza there in the past. But for the love of God, don’t order any pasta dish here. Or better yet, don’t order from here at all.

Waited over an hour and 20 minutes for an order that never showed and come to find out it wasn’t even delivered at our house. We were home the whole time waiting for the delivery. And tara that I spoke with wants to argue and “isn’t going to remake it”. Place has went so far down hill. Nice you’ll screw over consistent customers instead of having your delivery driver take accountability they went to the wrong address.

I NEVER leave a review for anywhere but I feel this one is necessary! Four different orders we have placed have been messed up. Online order was placed most recently we picked our toppings for each individual item and of course they didn’t pay any attention and still put those items on our subs, left pepperoni out of the calzone although we specifically picked it. (Screen shot each individual order as u place it) when I called complaining about them doing this they were extremely rude argued with me on the phone. This has happened twice now. I really don’t recommend the subs are always way over cooked and the service is complete trash!!!! We originally asked for new subs but ultimately refused them at the door due to how nasty they were on the phone. Not ordering there again it’s a waste of your money!

Placed my order at 7:06 Pm. Was told my order would take 30-35 minutes. That turned into over an hour and was informed by the driver that she went clear to Waterford with those orders first. When I talked to the manager on duty she acted like it wasn’t a big deal. When I asked for a credit of some sort again she acted like it was a big deal. Quick to take your money not quick to get you your food while it’s still hot. Waiting on a call from the GM. 10/10 do NOT recommend!

Called at 920 they close at 930pm on sundays .reminded me of closing time and said sure come and get it. She stayed there till almost 10 to get my order out. Very nice and helpful .Wil definitely use Doughboys at every opportunity. Was excellent pizza and very courteous.
