TERRIBLE customer service! Do not go here if you plan on using the newspaper or app coupons. They acted disgusted and then wanted to go through to tell me which ones they would/wouldn’t accept. They completed rushed me through everything and the cashier kept rolling her eyes. I hate to be “that person,” but I only experience problems and attitude going to the locations ran by foreigners. They act like they can’t understand you and get frustrated when they don’t. If you can’t understand English, wth own and operate a business taking money from primarily English speaking ppl? They were extremely rude.

Normally, this location is very professional and has great service, but during my last visit I was treated horribly. I had placed an online order for 3 subs and went to pick it up after it was marked ‘complete’. Upon arrival, the cashier told me that my order was not in their system. Instead of offering me a refund or to make my food, the worker walked away and ignored me for 5 minutes while I was standing at the counter. I asked them if they would refund my purchase or make my food as I had proof that my order was placed at the right location, ready to pick up, and paid for. The worker just looked at me and said “No” and then continued to ignore me. So not only did I not receive the food I ordered, but they robbed me as well and offered no solutions.

They had great customer service. Their pizza came out fast and hot. It had the perfect amount of toppings and the lady was super kind. She deserves a raise with how well she kept the store cleaned. The way they cut the pizza was perfect. Precise 8 slices didn’t even think twice about it. This store felt like it came straight from Italy. I will always come back… Wait this isn’t dominos oops

Ordered online and they called me to say they didn’t have the sandwich which was fine, I asked them to cancel the order but they said they “didn’t know how” to refund it so they stole my money. Went to another Subway that said they can most definitely refund online orders they do it all the time when they are out of things. Do not order here unless you want your money stolen.
