I stopped by this Habit today to pick up my online order. I got the sweet potatoes fries, Oreo shake and tropical tea drink. I found parking alright in the plaza this store is in and this store also has a drive thru too. There no outdoor dining here but the staff are wonderful. The fries were great and Oreo shake was delicious.

This Habit always has great customer service. Food is always hot served from the grill. No cold fries here . The sandwiches and burgers always taste good and delicious. I am a regular. Drive thru is fast. I have no problem driving far to come visit this Habit !

Food is good but didn’t like the service. I went to the drive thru to let them know I was picking up (aware that I’d have to wait if there are cars in front of me). Lady at the drive thru said that my food is ready but that there’s a car in front of me and their food isn’t ready. I told her nicely that I didn’t mind waiting and that it was no problem. She’s didn’t say anything after that and I stayed a few seconds waiting for a response telling me okay or pull forward or that I need to go inside the store for pickup. She didn’t say anything at all so I moved forward and of course waited without a problem. When it’s my turn to pull up to the window I say a small hi and she just hands me the bag without a single word. It was obvious that she was mad and as she’s turning and walking away I stare at her and loudly say thank you. Manager guy was there in the background and I’m sure he saw her terrible customer service. Hope he has a talk with her but I doubt it as it seems like the other reviews mention that they have also received poor customer service.

I ordered the Santa Barbara Cobb salad. For a fast food spot, the salad is pretty good. The lettuce was fresh. The avocado seems brown, The bacon was an actual strip. I felt that could’ve been chopped. The bleu cheese crumble were perfect. Not overbearing. Lastly, I ordered a side of onion rings. Those are pretty amazing. Nice and crunchy. Salted to perfection. See the picture. I was bummed I didn’t get my side of ranch for the rings like I requested. Other than that, it was good.

Very skimpy on the bbq sauce and fries. They provided a portion of bbq quarter of the way full for a 5 piece chicken tenders. Never going here again. Save your money people, go to In N Out instead.
