I had never been to a Lenny’s before. It was delicious ! I got the Italian as a salad. I really appreciated that they asked which vegetables I wanted on it, one my one, instead of assuming I knew what was on the salad. Really helpful ! It was a really large salad, and the meat/veggies were all cut up. Also, the Lenny’s brand chips were some of the best I’ve had. Would eat here again (or at Lenny’s in general) if traveling where they are.

I got the buffalo chicken salad recommended by Sean and it was excellent!!!!! She was also pleasant and patient. I also tried the Italian sub it was delicious. The meat was fresh and generous! Thanks for the fast and tasty service!!!!!

Had issues ordering within the app twice. Called store while my daughter was still there and the store manager went out of her way to correct the issue and resolve the situation without hesitation. I did not get the managers name but she did a great job and her customer service skills were phenomenal. Thank you for resolving a situation that you had no control over and took ownership to make sure it was correct.

I pulled up at Lenny‘s to order a salad order the turkey bacon, avocado salad minus the avocado order the cookie and a large drink. My bill was almost $20. I pulled around and asked the young lady how could a $10 salad a three dollar drink and a two dollar cookie comes to $20. She asked me did I want it or not and shut the window very rude customer service a bunch of teenagers in their laughing plan not professional no manager on duty if I didn’t have sense enough to drive away and pay for this $20 order that they just put together how many people have they beat like that

The food was ok, service was fine, but the ice from the drink machine had mold in it. The machine is injecting mold into the ice cubes – I filled and emptied my cup 3 times and got cubes with mold inside them every time. This is disgusting and would have to have been going on for WEEKS without cleaning or service. I told the girl running food and she didnt seem surprised or even concerned, like she already knew. She proceeded to carry 2 or 3 more people their food as she let the window girl fill cups for drive through customers from the same machine. No attempt to shut down the machine, empty the ice, or put up a sign, zero effort to remedy the damn mold dispenser. People are just coming and going constantly, at least 10-15 cars have gone through the drive through as I type this, EVERY ONE OF THEM DRINKING MOLD! If the local health department were open right now I’d be on the phone with them instead of only leaving a review, hoping to warn someone away. This is disgusting, the worst health violation I’ve ever witnessed at a restaraunt.

Never ate here before but love steak & cheese subs so of course I ordered a steak and cheese. Ordered extra tomatoes and barely had any at all on sandwich. Hardly had any onions either but bread was fresh and loaded with meat. Maybe next time they will add more tomatoes as requested.

Always good. If there ever is an issue it’s minor and not even worth a complaint lol . I do miss getting the Lennys coupons in the mail though. That use to be the highlight of my week! I could have Lennys every week when those would come

I used the drive thru today. They were prompt taking my order. My food was ready when I got to the window. There were 4 cars ahead of me but the wait was not long.

Lenny’s is usually a pretty good spot to eat. But West Memphis turned it into the worst Lenny’s in America. Just like every other restaurant in West Memphis. Anytime I go to the one in West Memphis.. they are always out of 3 different kinds of chips, no cookies are made, can’t make that sandwich.. it’s always something. And then the person taking the order is about as professional as a 2nd grader.
