Convenient ice cream shop, offering a variety of flavors/combinations! Service was quick and the gentleman that served us was very pleasant. Incredibly generous portions/toppings (I certainly couldn’t finish it all). Only criticism is I received sprinkles but did not ask them for them (when I mentioned it, it seemed as if I still needed to just eat it as is). Also, limited table seating – but no stars deducted for the last two comments. Would certainly recommend/return!

Warning! Highly addictive!!! I used to live near another location… And I was so thrilled to see one open here! The ice cream flavors are fantastic. And the staff is always very friendly. The only problem I ever have is that the lines get long … But that’s an unavoidable side effect of being wildly popular. And it’s totally worth the weight… Um… The wait!!!

I ordered a cookies and cream milkshake from Bruster’s, and I was so disappointed. The milkshake was bland and watery because the girl added way too much milk, even after I specifically asked for it to be thick. It lacked the rich, creamy flavor you expect from a good milkshake, and I felt like I wasted both my time and money. Honestly, I would’ve been better off going to Five Guys across the street—they consistently make thick, flavorful milkshakes that never disappoint. Unfortunately, this experience left me unsatisfied, and I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon.

We went there quite on a chilly day sonit was not rushed at all. We ordered strawberry shortcake sundae and southern banana pudding flavor. Southern banana pudding flavor is good. On the other hand strawberry shortcake is not so impressive. Sitting arrangements are outdoor. Stuffs are friendly.

the staff is extremely friendly and I’ve noticed that even with a line (looks like they pretty much always have customers when I drop by) I still get my order quickly.
flavors are extremely unique, and I’ve noticed even in the short time I’ve known this place they have rotating flavors and I’ve gotten to try a lot of really good ones. current favorite is either horchata or banana cream pie!
the storefront is very clean and welcoming. I’m really glad I found this place and I’ll definitely be dropping by often!

Nice variety of flavors to choose from. They give you a LOT of ice cream for a “small” portion lol. I got butter pecan and banana pudding flavors, they were both delicious. I loved the taste and texture. Definitely an amazing ice cream spot!

I’d been craving ice cream and stopped by Bruster’s. I had a banana split sundae to go and it just didn’t hit the spot. The employees were friendly and the service was quick as they were fairly busy but the ice cream didn’t meet my expectations of what I usually get when I’ve visited other locations. Not bad, just not great.

Great taste, great selection, ample amount of parking, clean location and amazing waffle cone. Normally waffle cones are stale and difficult to enjoy, however they’ve made it work beautifully with their ice cream. Highly recommend and Will return.
