We order through Grub Hub and are sandwiches all wrong. My husband ordered a ft long chicken breast sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese and he found a bone in it. The sandwich also came on Italian bread and had tomato’s and bellpeppers and onions which is not what he ordered. My sandwich also had the wrong bread and came with cucumbers and bellpeppers which I did not order and missing onions. We are pretty disappointed. The only good thing was they gave me extra turkey. I tried calling the store but there was no answer and the voicemail was full.

Whoever that lady was, closing on January 15th, she seemed visibly frustrated that I arrived during the last hour of subway being open.
I choked momentarily on the large piece of plastic left in my sandwich (large enough to not be missed by her) and it is now too late in the night to call about it.
All I wanted was a quick meal after a very long drive across Montana.

I normally don’t write bad reviews, but… I had to on this place. Store was dirty. Just dirty. Glass where food was made, floor, counters, all of it. The one girl working was kind and did her best. The other girl was the daughter of owner and made sure that we were aware of that. Lettuce was brown and just gross. We stayed away from most items as they needed to be thrown out. We got a very basic sandwich toasted and got out. We started our order prior to noticing everything, otherwise we wouldn’t have purchased anything.

Walking inside the first thing I noticed was just how many soda choices were out of order. The service was mediocre, they seemed as if we were bothering them for even thinking about walking in to order a quick bite. We got a large drink with the order to get sprite from the soda machine, but when I took a sip it was carbonated water and the syrup was out. I waited 6 minutes to have them change the syrup. The employee who was fixing it up just decided to put an “Out of Order” sticker on the sprite and not offer us any information about the situation or offer any alternatives.

Filthiest store ever! Dust all over counters, in window ledges, the glass that shows the food was filthy, hadn’t been cleaned for days. Windows were filthy, so were the few tables that were there. Employee made our sandwiches and went out to smoke and chat on his phone. Another customer came in, he waited a few minutes , finished his smoke , came in and DID NOT WASH his hands, immediately put gloves on and continued to make that customers food. I mentioned all this to the employee, he didn’t seem to care much. A phone call to the Health Dept might be in order… Would not recommend this Subway to anyone

I Ordered 2 sandwiches thru the app and when I picked them up the guy who brought them out neglected to tell me they were on the wrong bread because he ran out of all bread but flatbread. Not a big deal. If he had something. By the time I drove home and realized my sandwich was wrong and drove back to subway they had fresh bread which is funny to me that he didn’t offer me the chance to wait a few minutes to get the bread I ordered. It would have taken less time to wait for fresh bread that I ordered then to drive home and back. Not a big deal but when I went in and told him my order was wrong he acted as if I made my sandwich myself wrong and was like well that’s all I had and acted as if I was SOL. Not only was it the wrong bread but one of sandwiches had the completely wrong condiments and veggies. Then he said I’d have to wait for him to serve the 6 people in line for him to remake my sandwiches he made wrong intentionally in the first place. I said no problem and sat down and waited. after about ten minutes I did ask for a refund and he refused and said he’d just made my sandwiches and I’d have to wait for him to finish. Honestly the whole thing wasn’t even a big deal if the guy at least had acted like he was even a tiny bit apologetic. Really awful customer service.

I was having trouble with my card tonight and the workers were extremely patient and gracious as I called my bank. While I waited on hold for my bank they even gave my toddler a cookie. The workers were extremely professional and considerate. 10/10 service. Thank you both.

This was some of the best service we’ve ever had at a Subway. I did not get the gentlemans name, but he had a bunch of tattoos. He really seemed to enjoy his job and that showed in how he listened and treated us. I know its just a sandwich, but the experience made our day after being on the road all day. He was very friendly and personable. Would totally stop here again!
