Hands down one of the best Papa John’s locations I’ve ordered from. The Strongsville team is fast, friendly, and reliable. Pizza comes out hot, well-topped, and exactly as ordered. No shortcuts, no excuses, just solid quality every time. This is how it should be.

Pizza was basically crust. No flavor on the pizza, lack of sauce and toppings. Boneless wings lacked well flavor, texture, and sauce. No garlic butter and no pepper in the box, not a big deal if the pizza was good but man, it needed the garlic butter to add some flavor. Overall a bad experience and a first time customer that won’t return.

I ordered the epic family combo (Epic Stuffed Crust Pepperoni and NY style) for $25.99 and was extremely disappointed. Both pizzas were extremely greasy but the epic stuffed crust was the worst as you can see in the picture. Do better Papa John’s. We deserve a refund for this order.

The guy who works there is great, I might do takeout but that’s where it ends. Delivery is handled by DoorDash, and is consistently late. Last time I ordered a pizza at 7:23 PM on a Wednesday, the Papa John’s receipt showed the “Out Time” at 8:00 PM. I finally received my cold pizza at 8:35 PM (I live 2 miles from this location). If you try to call them, the number sends you to a call center that’s of no help. Next time I’ll visit a local pizza place to avoid this aggravation.
