The staff on Saturday 10/4/25 was excellent! Came with a gift card for my 83 yr old mom who wanted a cheesesteak with lettuce and tomato on rosemary bread. They showed great teamwork taking care of in-store customers, while working on phone orders, and maintaining everything. Watched them grill the steak and onions and peppers and load it up with cheese and the portion size was fantastic!! She took care to add the lettuce and tomato and wrap it up tight! Quickly passed it off to me after adding some peppers and red relish. The store was bustling with customers now and every staff member was taking great care of customers! The hardest part was driving home with the delicious smell of cheesesteak, and my mom was delighted when she saw it! She said it was perfect!! This is maybe my 10th trip to this store and the service never disappoints!!

I have to first say this was my favorite location until 2/25/26 the service I received was horrible I felt so many things at once just trying to get a sandwich, I ordered my food at 5 pm 630 the order was finally made and delivered 5 minutes laters, somehow the order was mixed up so I drive back to the store to speak to a gentleman who said ok I will take care of u after these orders, no one was behind me, so I assumed online orders, 3 different couples came and he proceeded to help all of them, make their orders, and get them out of there,im still waiting, so I asked how long for a paid customer to be helped( by this time I’ve been in the store 20 minutes after waiting an hour and a half at home for my order) one of the other employees proceeds to say well u dont know how we feel either… all I can say is all heck broke lose after that

The food was absolutely incredible! Khaiyel, Adrianna, Angel, and Jorge truly outdid themselves crafting our sandwiches that were both delicious and memorable. The atmosphere was just right, creating the perfect backdrop for a wonderful dining experience. I can’t wait to return for another fantastic meal!
