I went there at 8:30am to wait for 15 mins while the 3 staff members chatted with eachother in Spanish. Finally one of them went to the register to ask me how they can help me for her to tell me they were out of munchkins at 8:45am. Thanks for wasting my time. Unprofessional and ridiculous service

I came into this Dunkin this morning to pick up my Mobile order. I ordered both food and drink. When I came to grab my stuff only my drink was out with the receipt. Totally fine I was just waiting on my food. The employee came over to me with the food visibly annoyed that I had taken to receipt. She scoffed and very rudely said “what was the name” I told her my name she handed me the bag and I gave her a look considering she had approached me in an extremely rude manner. I grabbed my food and started to walk away when she said excuse me SIR…. Mind you I am a female and very obviously so. She continued on to say “well how was I supposed to know when you took the receipt.” To this lady… all you had to do was call the name on the order. You did not have to be nasty with me first thing in the morning for literally no reason AND misgender me… which is a huge no no. Check your employees at this Dunkin.

I was at this store this morning….asked for coffee milk and no sugar…got black coffee….woman with bare hands put lid on coffee…ordered a plain bagel with butter. Another woman pulled my bagel out of a dirty tub ….cut the bagel and buttered it with bare hands…I paid for it…then dumped it in the garbage. Very dirty store

probably the worst dunkin in a 5 mile radius. go to rocky point instead. There’s one lady who’s very rude to customers on register and tries to cut orders short. There’s a pretty good chance they’ll get your order wrong and if it’s not wrong it’s definitely gonna be burnt…. just go to any other dunkin instead you’ll have a better experience.

Dunkin deserves a shout out for being reliably open and available throughout so many towns, states and countries. They may not be as unique as they once were however, they have stood the test of time.
