I wanted Papa John because of the fluffy pillowy crust and flavor filled sauce and fresh toppings mmmmmmmm. Then I thought better because every time I have ordered there before, they either make it wrong or forget pieces (happened twice) or give my order away to some one else (also twice) and then I sit there for another 15-20 to have them remake my order. Haven’t gone back since. Will return under new management. Also staff attitude about the situation made it seem like a regular occurrence.

Honestly will not waste my time here again lol walked in 10 minutes after my carry out order was supposed to be ready (the app said it was ready) the girl didn’t even acknowledge me just looked up and kept talking on her AirPods finally asked me if I was picking up 5 minutes later and said she had to finish it. and kept talking on her headphones about personal stuff barley said anything to me just handed me my pizza and I left. But the pizza was alright

I gave more than one star because the employees were kind and the manager Marcus was nice. I ordered two pizzas and cheese sticks. The two pizzas were doughy on the bottom. They looked done on the top so I felt it was just a mistake and let them make them again without any fuss. The second time the nice worker made sure to check but I guess he only checked one because my second one doughy. I think it’s time for a new stove!

I ordered on the app for carry out, I received the alert saying it was ready for pick up so I went to pick it up and when I got there I noticed it said I had picked it up and yet they hadn’t even put my order in the oven and told me it was going to be another 15-20 minutes

Pizza was ok. Service was absent. I ordered online and drove to the location to pick it up. I arrived about 15 minutes after the pizzas were supposed to be done so I knew they would be sitting on the rack for me. I walked inside and saw the front area was jam packed with other customers waiting to order and be helped. I went straight up to the counter when a worker (who was slapping around pizza dough) yelled “We’ll be with you in a minute!” I replied “Oh I just have a pickup.” To which I received no reply. The young lady working the counter was taking an order over the phone so I waited with everyone else. One worker came out from the back and chatted it up with the pizza dough slapper. We all stood and waited and awkwardly listening to their conversation all the time wondering why she wasn’t noticing all of us waiting to be helped. Eventually after a long wait a worker went to the rack and announced my name and handed me my pizzas. She then did it for another customer who also was just waiting for someone to hand their already paid for, ready to be served pizzas to them. Will think twice before coming back to this Papa John’s.

A great place to order a pizza that doesn’t show up, requiring you to cancel your order over 2.5 hours later. Also, don’t call in to request a status update about your order unless you want to be talked down to. Apparently it is always “in the oven”… I didn’t know it took 2.5 hours to bake a pizza.

Ordered delivery several times and some pick up neither was a pleasant experience, delivery says it’ll take an hour, almost 2 hours later it arrives, tried doing pick up to see if it was any faster, arrived after it’s said it should be ready only to walk in and wait another 20-25 min for my order with a kaotic front area filled with others also waiting. Seems like there is a lot of room for improvement on getting the food in a timely manner.
